This thread is to answer a question I've been wondering for awhile.

I am most curious about is a regular traffic stop. Like the one Castile was fatally shot in. There is some dispute about whether he was licensed by it begs the question. What is the best way for a CC user to interact with police if you are armed?
The last damn thing I want is to be shot by police because I presented a threat they would react with force to.

After the recent incident in Dallas it's obvious that we will likely see combat robots in the near future, so how do you fight them? Are there any bullet designs that would be able to increase the damage done to robot like like hollow points and fragmenting bullets do to living tissue or will soldiers just be stuck mag dumping into the robots hoping to nick something vital that will make the robot stop? With bullets just being able to punch straight holes would pistol ammunition work just as well against unarmored robots as rifle ammunition? Will people on Youtube start posting tests to see how different ammunition does in standardized tests involving firing through layers of steel/aluminum/plastic?

My guess would be using terrain to advantage... changing appearance to fool face scanning... masking body heat... Molotov cocktails would work nicely. I was thinking more in a military context. When it's got to the point where police departments in the US are using kamikaze bomb robots I figure it won't be to far off before companies start attaching guns to the robots they already make and marketing them to any military or government agency that will buy them.

Let's say the happening comes and there's actual firefights with military, police and other civilians. I've always wondered, would you ever drop your precious, personal rifle and swap it with a rifle you looted?

The problem is that some IEDs designed to take out tanks are so powerful that it's not feasible to add protection against them.
Although from what I understand the bounce from the explosion is the bigger crew-killer

I think there is somebody in my house. I heard the front door open and close. I have 3 dogs and they have yet to bark. I'm supposed to be home alone for the next 2 hours. So /k/, I was thinking about huge artilery of the future and the fact is, for anything based inside an atmosphere, Railguns and Coilguns are the obvious advanced choice (Puny lazers can't into air dispersion).
I envisioned something of dreams. A 50cm (19 inch) Slug made of tungsten with a ferrous core for the gun to accelerate. The barrel would be 25 meters long and have it's own power supply comming from a nearby nuclear reacot (Preferably fusion). The inside of the barrrel would be kep in a near vaccum with a thin film covering the mouth of the barrel so the slug only has to worry about the air when it exits. To be pumped with enough energy to send the projectile at mach 11 towards any target you need dead.
However, I also imagined something even better. Substituting the slug for a nuke.
Now, it would need to be one HELL of a strong nuke. Not in wield but in actual construction to deal with the ridiculous G forces. However, if such thing could be built, I belive the inertia from the slug would make the nuclear explosion much, MUCH stronger. Since thermodinamics and the laws of motion tell us energy cant be destroyed, only redirected, as soon as the nuke blew up it would add the inertial eneregy of the slug's speed to the explosion. I remember hearing about a nuke that was once fired from an artilery piece that ended up having a much stronger shockwave than even much bigger nukes due to that, tough I can't remember the name. Maybe you guys can remember for me?

From what I know the Golanis don't have any major problems. Basically legitimate IWI parts kits on an Ohio Ordinance (?) receiver. Some other Century guns that are alright are the C93 (HK93 clone) and the C39 V2. Don't have any experience with their other guns. Apparently the TP9 is pretty good as well.
