>Gear check, fambula!
What do?
Draw weapon and unload magazine. Finally my cc pistol fit into my pou.
>unzip dick
>helicopter that shit
>maintain eye contact
>>30596487
why the hell does your dick have a zipper?
fucking retarts don't know what they are talking about.
What would be more useful/ worthwhile in combat?
It seems to me that anything you would want to use a knife for (ie cutting rope, cloth, wood...) could be done with a bayonet if you needed to.
and I know I know....people dont really use knives and bayonets in real life but just humor me and jack off my little prepper dick
>>30594876
Depends, most older bayonets aren't sharp, but with a 1897 or mosin or something, you have a spear as well. But an m-4 bayonet is pretty good.
>>30594876
>What would be more useful in combat?
I feel like your utter lack of common sense doesn't warrant a reply but whatever I'm bored.
Which would you prefer in combat; a three inch piece of metal at the end of your hand, or a foot long piece of metal and the end of a three foot gun?
depends if you're better with knife fighting techniques or bayonet. there to many variables to say which is better. depends from material, design, personal abilities, context of contact.
Tell me what /k/ thinks of my finished Savage

Looks Australian

how did you get it imported to austrailia?
You built it upside down.
>You had one job ohhpee
If the Mongols adopted motorbikes in the 20th century, could they have taken over Asia in a similar manner as 1000 years ago?
Where would they get their fuel from?
>>30594351
Horses fed on grass as they went.
Bikes feed on oil as they go. Asia's got oil.
the sig 550
is it viable?
how does it compare to other assault rifles?
also rumors of the sig 550 having use as a short range sniper, is it true?
opinions on galil?
>>30593694
It's good, accurate, reliable, easy to operate and maintain but heavy as fuck
Have one since I'm in the Swiss Army, but I'll take a 553 or even an AR15 any day for actual combat
>Viable
For what? Not every army has the same criteria.
Holy shit Ian actually mentioned politics on his channel edition.
TL;DR the Rock Island Auction Company is matching donations of up to $1mil to the NRA-ILA.
https://www.riafreedomchallenge.com/
Fighting blood-sucking lawyers with blood-sucking lawyers is the name of the game. I don't like the NRA much myself - I don't think they do enough - but they scare the everliving shit out of the gungrabbers, and that's enough for me. Especially with this election season.
>>30593479
>up to $1mil
I just did $100. I really think this could be a turning point if we are not careful.
>>30593479
hell yeah, I'll donate, but after I call the bank and check my balance.
later today
>>30593566
You can't check it online? o_O
Is your bank stuck in 1980?
As a person who has owned a dozen or so handguns, I have only owned revolvers.
Reason? They feel good to me. I shoot them the best. However, I'm getting a job working an armored vehicle. I can carry my 686+ 4", but I'm thinking on getting a glock. (For some unknown ungodly reason) but I have my doubts about these plastic-fantastics. Why shold I invest myself into buying one of these full-sized firearms for my EDC?
>TL;DR convince me to buy a glock
>>30592473
Glock, m&p, sig, Walther, H&K striker fired guns are all brilliant choices for personal defense. The trigger pull is always the same and is much lighter than a DA revolver trigger pull.
Also, you don't really need a safety, so the gun will always be ready to fire, unlike a single action gun or da/SA gun carried cocked.
The alternative is to carry a da/sa decocked with no safety, but then your first trigger pull will be longer and my be inaccurate.
So basically the glock gives you great capacity, no delay (safety), and a consistent trigger pull.
Personally, I think these kinds of guns are not fun to shoot, and they feel cheap and have bad triggers (most of them anyway). But for personal defense, assuming you can shoot one accurately, it's hard to do much better.
>More rounds
>Lighter
>More concealable
>Better aftermarket
>Glock trigger is better compared to a revolvers trigger in DA
>Easy teardown for maintence
Both are AWESOME guns for the range, but a glock is probably better suited for CCarrying.
Basically what this guy said >>30592577
, but I got half way done writing this and wasn't gonna not post it.
Is it possible that one day, any missile launched from the distance will be taken out before it reaches its target?
Will that make static defenses like coastal guns and flak-towers a viable strategy again?
Also, would that suddenly undo MAD? Because without long range missiles being able to deliver nukes, you would have to drop them from a plane.
So if both those are true, you might see a return of Americas defense strategy from the end of WW2 until the development of the ICBM, the early cold war. Defensive structures meant to take down bombers before they can drop nukes on American soil.
now thats what I call art
>>30591361
your dick's impotent.
>>30591361
Any missile defense able to destroy all incoming missiles is just as able to destroy all incoming aircraft.
General glock thread I'm thinking of picking one up in the near future I'd like one in 9mm or Ive heard you can swap out the 40 barrels to shoot 9 is like it to be a full sized pistol I have 2 sub compacts already
>>30589526
I've probably just started a war on /k/
As someone who is new to firearms ownership, what exactly is wrong with Glocks? Are they legitimately bad guns, is it a hipster thing, or something in-between?
>>30589891
Ive shot great groups with glocks on my first mag. They are good guns, especially for carry.
Personally I don't like them because they don't feel substantial or very ergonomic to me... but then I am a metal frame Sig kind of guy. Im also more of a range junkie than EDC.
If I went polymer anything it would be Sig or one of the M&Ps
GC is shit edition

GEE WHAT A FUCKING COINCIDENCE. nothing like getting a form you have been waiting on for 4 months kicked back because the cunt examiner said SR-15 should not the "-" in it. terrorism has been defeated today gg ATF. Holy fuck I am mad
Nice blog.
>>30589288
My Form-1 for SBR was denied today. Reason was "INCORRECT MODEL AND/OR SERIAL NUMBER."
Really not sure what is incorrect about it. It is a Century M92. I put M92 as the model. The serial number is M92PVXXXXX. It is written that way on the receiver and on the bolt. That is how I wrote it in the form.
I tried calling them and of course they were closed because it was 4:30pm and I had just gotten home from work. The denial says I have to resubmit and be put at the back of the line and their automated voicemail thing said wait times are currently at 6 months. I'm so fucking mad right now because I won't be able to call them tomorrow because I have a job, and by the time 41f goes into effect I wont have been able to resubmit. Then I have to get my brother's fingerprints and passport photo while he is overseas because he is on my trust.
Fuck the ATF. Fuck them so hard.
>>30589404
holy fuck are you me they did the exact same to me today. who disapproved yours? lauren? I think they are doing it on purpose.
Should depressed people be able to own guns, even if they don't have a record of suicide attempts?
>>30598049
Sure.
Just don't kill yourself with them. Looks bad on other gun owners
People suicide a lot at shooting ranges in my country. Which is sad because every time that happens, the gun gets confiscated.
I've seen it on video tapes, don't listen to what they say about the 9x18 Mak. It easily shatters skulls. The guy was 2m tall, all bled out on the floor, homicide team barely got a sample.
>>30598049

The AR-15 Is the best rifle ever created prove me wrong
>you cant
>>30594067
It has a shitton of small easy to break parts/springs and requires lubricant to actually function. No it's not, there's a reason only one country uses it.

Was there ever a more Operator cartoon than Kids Next Door?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=96jVhZ2Nek8#t=1m
Just look at this tactical entry.
>>30588973
Loved this shit as a kid
absolutely not
this show was operator as fuck
I'd wager that most of /k/ was watching things that were totally inappropriate for kids from a very young age.
I have fond memories of the babysitter letting us take turns choosing the TV channel, and me pissing off my sister by changing the channel from Dragon Ball Z to a history channel documentary on the Vietnam War.
I was like 7.
Anyone hyped to see the new movie?
>>30588508
Matt Damon said he wished for an Australian style gun ban in the US.
Fuck him. Fuck his movies. He's not getting a dollar from me.
>>30588560
>>30588508
Exactly that. I'll wait for a good DVD rip.
>>30588560
This.
Celebrities want to start getting anti-gun? Then they better not go around making millions of dollars in films promoting and glorifying muh gun violence. Kind of like Liam Neesom.
Faggots like that won't get a goddamned dime from me.
