When I was 21 about 8 years ago I got charged with possession of an imitation firearm in nj. It was a pellet gun.

I did Pre Trial Intervention and the case was dismissed.

Here in FL I passed a level 2 background check for my job and also a background check for my handgun.
This is what the tracker says now:

We have completed our initial review of your application. The background check results we received from law enforcement authorities were inconclusive, and we are attempting to verify your criminal history. You should be aware that by law the division has 90 days from the date on which we receive a complete application either to issue a license or to deny the application. Because your background check results were inconclusive, the 90-day clock has been suspended in accordance with the law while we continue to research this matter and will be lifted when we confirm the disposition does not affect your eligibility for licensure.

So am I fucked K? No conviction but does that matter? Please advise.

Here's the situation: I'm 4'10, and my neighborhood is going downhill fast. I had a break in last week, cops didn't even answer my 911 call, and I'm going to have wait another week for the evidence team to get out here. I still have a few months left on my lease, so I can't move away.

I've seen some people looking at me like I'm an easy target, and I am not going to be stuck waiting for 911 to pick up. Problem is that I'm only 80 pounds and can't seem to find a gun that will fit into my hands that won't blow me over, and secondly that some of these retards are so fat that 12 inches penetration won't make it to their heart. They also have guns (mostly like pic related) so I can't just walk away if they try something. Lastly, I'm in California so I can't get a gun easily, but my county hands out CCW permits easily, so I do have that at least.

Basically, I'm looking for a CA legal gun that can take down larger invaders without breaking my arms. Budget is $500, maybe a little more if there's something really good just out of that price range.

North Carolina shopping mall in lockdown with gunman on loose as footage shows panicking shoppers fleeing for exits

A shopping mall in North Carolina is in lockdown following reports of an active gunman on the loose.

Shoppers inside the American Eagle shopping centre in Crabtree Valley have tweeted messages while hiding from the shooter.

Other footage has emerged of dozens of panicking shoppers, some screaming in fear, running for the exits as news of the shooter spread.

Shots are reported to have been fired before the gunman made his way into the mall.

He is believed to be hiding in the stockroom of the building although it is unclear whether anyone has been killed or injured in the incident.

Tactical wingsuits?

Has anyone heard of any units training with wingsuits for tactical insertion? I'm straining my brain to try and figure out how to make them useful. Has anyone heard or seen of any wingsuit action in our armed forces?
