First, it's not a Famas. The famas served as a basis for the layout of the gun though.
It's a VHS2, made by HS produkts, a croatian gun company that also manufactures stuff for the US market. Like the Springfield XD pistols.
A man in South Korea killed a police officer using a homemade gun made from pipe and duct tape. Government say American freedom is to blame.

Clearly the only solution is to ban pipes.
Real-talk now......what are these ships actually for? The Navy has admitted that they are not survivable enough to actually be used as a combat asset. They are fragile and they lack any air defense other than 1 close-range missile launcher. They don't have any anti-ship missiles other than hell-fires, which are frankly useless for the distances you'd see in a real naval engagement. Their only redeeming feature seems to be their aviation facilities. But is that enough to make them worth $500,000 per ship? Don't aircraft carriers give the US plenty of naval aviation capacity on their own? And if helicopters are the real goal here, why not just build helicopter destroyers (DDH) like Japan?

You can do that with a cyclone, or any patrol vessel.
What's the best aircraft gun of WW2? My vote goes to the Maschinenkanone 103.
Hispano mkV

Hispano 20mm gets my vote.

I just love seeing old pictures of B25js, loaded with .50s, a strafing Japanese ships.
I don't understand how the Soviet Union managed to go the entire cold war without making a single nuclear-powered carrier. Were they not even trying?
>>31757593
Communism is a helluva drug, anon.
>>31757593
>Were they not even trying?
They did not. Carrier is an attacking weapon of imperialistic aggressors. USSR always played for defence and such weapon was not ideologically justified.
They also had extremely few amount of marines, despite everyone knowing a large amount of marines is the way to go. Has to do something with communism. Or maybe its geography. Nah, must be communism.
Hey /k/
I've been looking at starting a small business, and realizing how limited my area is for gun shops/ ammo retailers I was thinking of putting a portfolio together. Any /k/ommandos have any experience with this? I'm thinking of just starting with just ammo/accessories and such(no actual firearm sales to start) and possibly a FFL for transfers. Does anyone know what the current market is like? Do gun shops make most of their money from guns or can ammo profits be enough to sustain a business (in Ohio for reference).
Thanks for any input /k/
Yes, I do have experience. Ask any questions you'd like, and I will answer them.
You will need an FFL to sell ammo.
Success in the gun industry is an uphill battle. You will probably fail. Most margins on firearms are <20%, ammo is usual 20-25%, accessories can be anywhere from 20-50%. More and more sales are shifting to online retailers on everything, especially accessories. What will you offer as a business that will persuade people to shop with you rather than online? Who is going to go to an ammo store that doesn't carry guns?
Keep in mind the business standard for successful business is a 33% margin.
>>31757490
Fuck Ohio. Literally a shit state with women who are absolute cunts that will leave you in shambles.
>>31757521
>You will need an FFL to sell ammo.
That's not true. You only need an FFL (06) if you intend to manufacturer ammunition for resell.
Does Agency Arms make the most professional use Glocks in the market? I've owned several Glocks including Sailent Arms and Zev Technologies, yet Agency Arms Glocks blows them out of the water.
>perfect tuned 4.5lb trigger pull with a flat faced trigger for more consistent shots
>agressive front serrations for enhanced press checks
>deepened rear serrations for more aggressive racking, especially in adverse conditions
>lightening cut to reduce weight, and increasing the tracking speed of the firearm
>standard RMR Cut, with battle plate for those who do not run red dots
>Accelerator cut stippled into frame to allow downward force to aid in recoil management
>agressive stippling that is still comfortable to carry
Package starts at only $1400. Why don't you own one, /k/?
>buy gun with good reputation for reliability
>fuck with it and expect it to stay reliable

With "Australian style gun control" possibly on the horizon We need to stop this type of shit
>eww AWB In MY STATE!? I'm moving to another state. Can't wait to get out of this liberal hellhole
>Gun bans are inevitible. All we can do is panic buy mags and ammo and prepare for the inevitable habbening
No. No. No.
What you don't realize is that the media has brainwashed a generation into thinking that this is a partisan issue. It's not. A true liberal would see that individual rights cannot be complete without the right to defend ones-self. While a conservative could just as easily say that only uniformed and trained elite should have guns, not the unwashed masses. It can be argued from either side of the political spectrum. With that being said, you have one mission: get your liberal friends into guns. Now when I say "liberal" I don't mean blue haired SJWs who are too far gone that you wouldn't want to take to a shooting range anyway, I mean people who are misinformed about this issue, and by god are there a fuckton of them. Here are some things we need to do.
1.Point out that some of the most adament gun control advocates are also very pro war (Clinton and Feinstein specifically) and ask the question: how can you truly be against gun violence if you are in favor of that which spawns it in the first place?
2.Point out the contradiction between liberal distrust of the police among liberal circles and how it relates to self determination and self defense, especially among minority communities. Point out that disarming America means disarming black people.
3.Take your liberal friends shooting. Again I'm talking about the relatively sane ones. Let them see that gun owners are obsessed with safety, that guns are not dangerous unless they are pointed in the wrong direction, and most of all: shooting shit is fucking fun. The ones who end up enjoying it will end up buying guns.
Now is not the time for panic buying. Now is the time for calm strategic action.
>>31757458
5.VOTE! this doesn't mean always voting for an elephant and a jackass. This means making sure you are there to vote down any bullshit legislation in your county, city, state etc. and making sure to vote all the anti gun congressmen and women out. If you liberal friends have guns eventually they will say "man...I have this awesome thing, and this bitch over here wants to take it away from me, hell no!"
Although it might not seem like it, inertia is on our side. Individuals, especially men, generally become more conservative and self serving as they get older, and therefore more receptive to things like self defense.

Are there any bayonets which will fit this?
Just duct tape a butterknife to it fagit
>>31757403
Banned in Britain.
>>31757391
Nobody makes bayonets for .22s, least of all one without a bayonet lug.
Been shooting limited for 3 years and nobody has ever bothered to look.
I never put the safety back on this SP01 after I changed the disconnector :^)
what does that 3 stamped toward the hammer signify? My '93 CZ-75SC has a 7 stamped there and on the underside of the top of the slide.
>>31757328
nobody cares in Limited.
Production's a different story.
>>31757885
What are you guys talking about?
Family friend is looking to offload one of these and is only asking $800 for the rifle and 500 rounds of ammo.
I have a full gun safe right now and the only reason I could see to purchase it is to make a 500-700 yard target rifle out of it. I'm not versed in AR's well enough to know how much it would cost to make it such other than the optics.
How much more would I have to pay to make it a decent target rifle and what parts need swapped to do so?
>>31757148
At a very minimum...
Barrel replaced with longer and heavier target barrel $250-$350
Gas system replaced with rifle-length to reduce parts wear $15
Stock replaced for better cheekweld (optional) $50
Free float handguard $50-$200
Front sight post replaced with gas block to allow lower optics mounting $25 or use dremel to chop off front sight $0
High quality match trigger $250
So approximately $570-$900 not including a few hours labor either your own doing or that of a gunsmith.

I just registered a complaint with the CPSC over the false claims on the Sig Sauer ammunition.
I did this after calling them.
Their 124gr 9mm claims 443 ft-lbs of energy but is 374 ft-lbs of energy.
When I called them they said they knew about it 3 months ago but decided to ship out the mislabeled boxes anyway to move through them. People are buying this ammo based on false information that Sig Knows is false. They are willfully defrauding you.
Good job op
>>31757040
You are the hero this planet deserves, now you should put that ammo in your butthole.
>>31757040
Sweet, looks like the price of 124gr 9mm ammo is gonna drop.
Thanks OP!
Hello I am planning on getting my CCW permit next week and was wondering about what gun and holster I should get.
My only gun is a Glock 19 which I tried out an IWB (aliengear) holster for, but I don't like the fact I need a way bigger pants size to wear it IWB so I ended up getting a safariland ALS duty rentention holster which is more for OC as I have learned but that's ok. Will probably just use the glock for concealment in extra dangerous places during the winter if i can under my coat where I feel I would possibly 15 rounds. (I was also looking into RCS AIWB holster but I don't know if I trust that with a glock in appendix just yet, also the button on my pants will most definately scratch the gen 5 slide finish)
As for EDC I am looking into a single stack 9mm, I don't know anything about holsters for these besides the aliengear and crossbreed type holsters.
I think I narrowed it down to
>M&P Shield
>Ruger LCS9
>Glock 43 (I love my G19 but this is more expensive than the others and I don't just want to have 2 glocks
>PPS is somewhat expensive also and I don't know about the mag release
Are revolvers any good? If so, what kind, and are they around the same price as the Shield, or more like 500+ like a glock 19? I know they're way harder to reload and I obviously can't share ammo between my 9mm not that it matters that much. I wouldn't mind carrying a revolver in appendix carry due to the long trigger pull
glock 26 or LCP
>>31756785
Consider the xds in 9mm.
Anyone here try the LCP 2 yet?
What would be the best base color on a rifle?

Testing says the best results are from digital desert patterns. But really, trying to camo in urban environments is a crapshoot and only going to be marginally effective. It is a far, far, far smaller issue than having proper skills and planning.
looking poor is the best camo
>>31756903
agreed but how do you best make a black rifle look not like a black rifle
