Yes. Just make sure you arent paying over $1100 for it. Because at that point theyre taking advantage of you and youd be better of building your own.

I would like to know how widespread it was weapon ownership around the western and western colonized world when the united states independence was proclaimed.
In such places as
>North America
>Spanish Ruled America
>French Colonies in the caribean
>European colonies in africa specially south africa
>The British Isles
>Scandinavia
>The Holy Roman Empire
>Western Europe
>Iberia
>Italian states
>Austrian Holdings
>Ottoman Occupied Balkans
>Polish Commonwealth
>The russian empire
Also what kind of weapons where common around this parts of the world at this time.
Was weapon ownership widespread outside the modern USA?

Only about 3% of the American population had guns but they were enough to beat the British Army.
>>
>>31805364
Only the 3% in a land full on indians, wild animals and with most of the people living in rural areas?
I don't think so.
Also i was talking about weapons, not only guns, this includes any other tool deviced to harm.
>>
>>31805334
They were common in the Americas outside of cities, ubiquitous in the rural portions of the thirteen colonies. I'm Europe firearms were almost exclusively used for hunting by the upper classes/nobility along with the odd bit of duelling (Germans preferred swords.for this). Read American Rifle: A Biography by Alexander Rose.

>>

They're the same thing. Just one is smaller, blunter, and faster.
>>
Depends. Are we talking slit throat vs shot in stomach and left to bleed out?

Or is it stabbed till dead vs shot till dead?

If it's the first one, knife for me.
If it's the second one, give me boolit please.
>>
>>31805208
Shot.

You're more likely to survive a bullet than a knife.

Getting a new CCW this friday. So I was riding my motorcycle in the desert last weekend and got chased by the nigger of the dog world. Put four holes with my .38 special into it to get it to back off. Fucker didn't die, it just ran back to wherever the hell it came from. All of my shots went into the torso. Still can't believe it didn't die on the spot, but oh well, I didn't get mauled.

What would be an effective caliber for these fucks? Thinking about stepping up to a .40 but I really don't want to be carrying more gun than I have to.

My SKS, despite being my favorite of all my rifles, does a funky live-round stovepipe occasionally towards the end of a mag. They were supposed to be the most reliable AND cheap (bought it about 3 years ago), thus the point of buying one. I've heard bending the feed lips in helps with this but I don't wanna dick with it and fuck it up

Armslist. I just saw a motherfucker list a dpms oracle for $1100. That is an outlying example of absurd pricing, but I didn't see as a single item I would call even an okay deal. I also learned about 80% Glock lowers, than found out it costs as much if not more than just buying the damn thing

I'm bored with the standard stuff.

PTR 32s and C93s always seemed really cool to me, but they're a bit pricy for a "just something different" rifle (especially considering you can get a pretty high quality AR or AK for the same $$).

If not affordable, just post yer non AKs/non ARs

In. Daewoo K2 a best. PTR 32 is great too.

Pic is unrelated (I don't feel like googling some random shit to find something related.)
Hey /k/ I don't frequent this board since I'm not into shooting or guns. I've recently decided that I would like something to protect my family and me if shit happens. As I said, I'm not into guns so I barely know anything about them beyond basic gun safety (Father tried getting me into hunting at an early age, didn't really take to it).
I want something that can easily stay concealed, so that some lefty spot it bulging my clothes (Social confrontation is not one of my strong suites). Also no wimpy 9mm, I want the person staying put until the proper authorities show up.

Just get a duty size CZ/Jericho/P series Ruger/Beretta 92 series/etc. and magdump 9mm

more 9mm is always better than one .45

You can literally carry almost twice the rounds with a 9mm than a .45.
