Didn't it sink some DE from Taffy 3? Not that this is particularly impressive.

Post your work in progress
>>31840216
Nice try, atf. Leave my doggos alone
>>31840233
It's not even mounted B^) my papers are already on the way in goyim
>>31840216
Nice try, but you're not finding out about my .51 caliber, short barreled, fully automatic assault suppressor.
Why does /k/ fucking hate the Sig P226 so much?
Why?
Is it because you have a subconcious hatred for SEALs and they remind you of them and every normalfag that worships them after watching movies about them?
Is it because you can't afford it or because a certain someone shitposts about it?
Why?
Have you ever shot it?
You don't like DA/SA?
Do you actually think the Mk25 or Legion is overpriced despite not knowing what features are put into each respective gun?
You think the bore axis (which isn't really high to begin with) actually contributed to your poor shooting skills when you used it at the local range for 32 minutes?
Why?
Point me to any other gun like the M9 or CZ75 and you won't get a bunch of buttflustered memery about them.
Because it's an overpriced piece of shit meme gun.
Get a Glock
>>31839925
because they are too poor to buy one
>>31839925
I would love a P226, too bad they're made by Sig Sauer. I'll get one when Ron Cohen dies.
Who would win in a full scale war between the US and Russia, assuming no nuclear weapons are used?
I've always thought they were decently matched, but my assumption is Russia.
>>31839739
Nuclear weapons are Russia's only real asset. Removing them from the game is completely unfair.
>>31839755
Okay, well then lets assume that nuclear weapons are used later on, not as the first resort.
>>31839762
>lets assume that nuclear weapons are used
Then nobody wins.
I just finished binge watching all the Purge films and it got me thinking.
If the Purge was allowed, would you do it or would you hide?
And if so, what would you be armed with?
Also the AKMSU in the 2nd film was fucking gorgeous.
Everybody on this board would be hiding in their house.
>>31839705
Only suburbanite fascist liberals afraid of liberty could come up with that movie or watch it.
I have no answer. I have no idea what I'd do.
>>31839726
>Hiding in my house
No thanks, I'd rather be out in the woods during purge night.
Hey I got a question, if my gun is shooting high, do I need to lower or raise my front sight post?
like around 80 yards my 1936 mosin is hitting 6 feet high, I can't lower my back sight lower, but I was wondering if I change my front sight, do I need to get a taller one, or a lower one?
>>31839515
If your gun shoots high you need a taller front sight post. Or you could hold the current front sight lower in the rear sight square to achieve the same effect.
>>31839539
That is what I thought too, but a guy told me I need a lower front sight.
Ok, so looking if I need a taller front sight post, how tall would I need it?
>>31839515
For pistol adjustments: Front opposite, rear same. Raise your front sight or lower your rear.
DARPA knocks down your door and kidnaps you in the middle of the night.
You are taken to an unknown location and are ordered to design a small handheld anti-personnel weapon. It should be effective against soft body armor, have an effective range of over 300 yards, and ammunition should be light enough so that the common soldier can carry a decent amount of it. You are given an unlimited budget and a significant amount of manpower and machinery to accomplish your task with.
What is your design?
Just get an AR, Anon.

Hand-held Nano-drone launcher
I read a paper a long time ago about gears and machinery at the atomic level.
Make drones out of that. Fire shotgun blast of tiny drones
>instantly scattered to the winds
I dunno underground or something. Fuck you.
They seek and destroy like a tiny puff of man killing powder.
Also it's the future. Fuck you.
Owned one years back, sold it; regret it.
Lot's of guns since.
Have yet to find a gun that fit as well.
Had a p30, cool but sort of tacticool. The grip panels can creak after so much use.
The vp9 seems questionable.
Anyway, I think this gun is pretty much perfect but it seems that no gun stores carry it. There's rumors that HK would like to discontinue it and would discontinue it if it were not already the issue gun for a few major agencies internationally.
Why no love for p2000?
>>31839430
usp is better. It comes with a silencer and is easier for headshots, which is critical on the first round since no helmets.

What are your guys' thoughts on the new Walther Creed pistol. Seems like the selling point is nice, after my P-22 however I am shady on Walther reliability.
>>31839276
Looks more like a CCP.
A CCP is a weird gun; wonder if they get hot.
Creed used to be a band in the 90's. That's really all I got for you.
>>31839276
I'm not liking these new philosophy fan clubs that gun companies are doing. Seems like it's going to lead to more brand whoring.
Sig has the Legion
Walther now has the Creed
Springfield has Saint, whatever that's going to be
P22 is made by Umarex, who also licenses the Walther brand for shit like airsoft and bb guns, so it's not a good indicator of the brand as a whole.
Has anyone thought to make the MAS-49/56 into a bullpup? Seems like an ideal platform for it.
No its stupid and you will ruin that rifle.
>>31839246
Yes anon. It's called the FA-MAS
NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
Are high end "custom" 1911's worth the money?
You can buy so much more with $2000 or whatever they charge.
>>31839055
For the common man? No. The difference between a $600 1911 and a $2000+ one barring aesthetics is too minute for a anyone but a dedicated 1911 collector to tell.
>>31839055
High end 1911s are safe queens. The tolerances are too tight and they fuck up. A good 1911 is supposed to be loose.
Why the fuck don't the Japanese make awesome, cleverly engineered techno-guns for the civilian market?
Seems like they got their shit rekt in WW2 and went full noguns.
>>31838984
Because guns that are simple tend to be better.
The Japanese weren't even good to begin with. WW2 saw them using a rifle that was little more than a ripoff M1896 Mauser and a proprietary cartridge that was neither 6.5 nor an actual .308-.311 .30 caliber round.
In short, they've done fuck all in terms of firearms. Why would they start now?
>>31838984
Because they don't have a domestic arms industry nor will their laws allow the exportation of arms.
>>31838984
Japan had never liked the idea of civilian ownership of arms. Culturally they are cucked beyond belief.
Was 8x57 the most popular rifle cartridge of the early 20th Century?
Prior to WW1 I would actually say 7x57mm was; 8x57mm was only adopted by two countries before 1914; the German Empire and The Vatican.
>>31839568
Throw 9mm Luger into the mix, and it sounds like German cartridges as a whole were pretty widespread at the time.
>>31839655
Oh yeah, I mean 7x57mm and 7.65x53mm ruled everything south of the Rio Grande for 50 years.
"Buy a safe" they said.
Yeah, you'r safe is shit.

>$100 safe made of tinfoil and sheetrock
my safe is made of slightly stronger stuff. If all you can spring for is a glorified filing cabinet, get a cheaper hobby
You dont buy a safe to prevent someone with power tools and heavy machinery from getting to your valuables. You buy a safe to stop some asshole from breaking into it with a swift kick. Complaining that a safe can be broken into with heavy duty equipment is like complaining that your desk wont hold up an elephant.
If you want to protect your guns against the most you can you build a fucking bunker.

This. No one is going to come into my house with a grinder or torch without me or one of my neighbors ending them in the act.
Well it's the weekend again and I'm up for another CZ thread if you guys are interested
