How does this law work? Say you hear somebody breaking into your car outside during the middle of the night, so you grab your pistol to investigate and approach the suspect but keep it pointed at the ground. Is that illegal?

What would be the best gun to keep on person nearly at all times when in public in a country that doesn't have a gun culture and might not be friendly to people who carry guns?
Ignore that technically it's illegal to own handguns designed after 1945; the law is volatile, so I'm hoping MAYBE it'll stop being autistic at some time in the future.

Doesn't matter, just wear it so you don't print/expose or don't wear it at all.
I live in Euroland and carry when I can conceal a G19. That means being uncomfortable 1-2 months in a year, or not carrying at that time.
Of course you can just pick a super compact gun like an LCP or Kevin (Micro Eagle) for when it's really hot, but I'm not a fan of these.

Is this a meme? I've only been in a few fights in my life, but none of them have been fair or honorable. They were all totally senseless. Twice I got sucker punched, once I got jumped by 4 dindus.
My dad told me that back in his day you could actually challenge somebody to a fight and they would walk outside together and nobody would hit below the belt or pull a knife on you.
Is a fair fight a Whites only concept? Will we ever have a fair fight again?

1. Don't base your first gun purchase on vidya, especially not warframe

Anyone else have range anxiety because of their weapons? I own my great grandfather's old 1911 army pistol and his father's Krag Jorgensen rifle, but I'm sort of intimidated to go practice with them at the range because of all the people using modern weaponry. I see people with their tricked out tactically advanced ARs and I can't help but think that they're silently judging me or laughing at me for bringing out these century-old outdated guns to the range.
Should I trade them in for a modernized AR?

It's a normal 91/30 that Bubba got ahold of and swapped the stock.

It doesn't. As soon as the round goes off, the gases push the slide backwards (I'm really over-simplifying this) which ejects the spent cartridge and allows a new round to slide into the chamber.

Is there a need for an improved method of locomotion for infantrymen?
Like the ability to move in a fully three dimensional manner (up a floor, down a floor). More and more wars will be conducted in urban environments, meaning tons of blocked off alleyways and chokepoints set up by the enemy.
Has anyone actually thought about addressing this with technological means or is everyone waiting for the first disaster to occur in a urban warzone?

How could the M202 or a similar system work as a tripod mounted emplacement weapon? Given that there would actually be a frontline, could it work in a similar role in trenches etc like machine guns?
