[the following is something my friend said to me. This isn't my opinion. No I'm not trolling. I just want to know what your response is]
I have a question for the pro gun crowd.
If pistol grips and extended mags are nothing but "cosmetic features" why do y'all insist on having them on your AR15s. These things clearly affect the performance of the gun. Having fired a few guns myself I Can tell you that there was far more recoil on the Ruger Mini 14 than the AR15. The AR15 was extremely easy to control, and therefore really easy for an autistic 20 year old to mow down a pack of 6 year olds or two.
Becuase God designed the AR-15 to have a pistol grip you fucking wetwipe
>>31931596
Because everyone has different tastes. I like the traditional stock
>ITT you're an autistic 20 year old
Also,

>>31931596
The ar-15 has a different gas system and a buffer spring, the mini does not. That being said. Fuck off.
Are they equal to men?
Yes. Why else would they allow women in infantry? If they werent capable they wouldnt be allowed
>>31931426
please tell me we get to watch the women fail to get over the wall
>>31931426
just the brief moment where they're all trying to figure out how to get him to climb the wall, only to be dumb he can climb the wall.

>The Marine Corps is investigating after an F-35B Joint Strike Fighter based out of Beaufort, South Carolina, recently caught fire in mid-air, Military.com has learned. The incident happened Oct. 27 at Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron 501, a fleet replacement squadron for the Marine Corps consisting of 20 F-35B aircraft. One of the aircraft experienced a fire in the weapons bay while conducting a training mission over Beaufort, 1st Lt. John Roberts, a spokesman for 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, told Military.com.
>No estimate of damage caused by the fire was available. The incident was listed by the Naval Safety Center as a Class A mishap, meaning damage totalled $2 million or more on the $100 million aircraft. The squadron didn't observe any kind of grounding or operational pause as a result of the mishap, Roberts said. The F-35 program has suffered several setbacks due to aircraft catching fire, though previous incidents involved the Air Force's F-35A conventional take-off and landing variant.
>For the Marine Corps, this incident comes at a crucial time for the aircraft, as the first operational F-35B squadron, Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 121, prepares to forward-base from Yuma, Arizona to Japan in January, ahead of a sea deployment in the Pacific early the following year. The aircraft is now completing its third and final round of at-sea developmental tests aboard the amphibious assault ship USS America off the coast of San Diego, and is expected to complete them later this month.

They're always catching on fire anon. It doesn't matter, and the program is totally not in a death spiral.
How can a fucking plane catch fire just like that?
American QUALITY at its best..
>>31930766
>The F-35 program has suffered several setbacks due to aircraft catching fire

This is only the second time such an incident happened, and the previous time was due to a damaged fan blade coming apart.
Man these toys are getting pretty good.
SBR length AR with Magpul CTR stock, Magpul Grip, Magpul MBUS, AimPoint T1, PMAG and a KAC URX III rail.
I know what I want my children to operate with.
You even get a Fast Helmet and a PVS-14 with a rhino arm.
>>31928602
That's adorable, if I had kids I'd get them that. I want to raise little /k/ommandos.

So remember that thread like a week ago where we all pontificated what we do with our guns in the toliet?
well, funny story about that.
I have a crazy neighbor, who was doing crazy neighbor things so I was carrying about my house yesterday. Big ass 1911 fullsize loaded up in an aliengear holster. Had a hoodie on, and everything was going swell despite crazy neighbor.
SUDDENLY taco tuesday catches up to me. I shuffle on over to our shitty toliet Ive always hated, and procede to flip my hoodie up to drop my pants.
Then my gun flew out of my holster and with the fury of God smashed into the porcelain and broke a chunk off that bitch and damaged the slide.
so what slide should i get?
pics to follow.
now of course to make everything really shitty it was just enough of a hole in the toliet that we had to go out and replace it that night.
the gun had ended up in the water, but this was before i deposited any taco currency in there.just had to take it ALL apart to clean and re oil the poor bird.
sadly when i got to the slide i noticed this.
pretty sure this is unsafe to fire now.
Sell it for slightly under full price, buy a new one
it is kind of a shitty camera phone, but you can see the serious dent in the slide. it is also cracked, you can feel it if you run your fingernail on it.
Im not too sad, well that is a lie, but I was playing with the idea of milling the slide out for real sights for some time.
I got the gun used, and there was always some shit on the slide anyways.
worst part is this is my winter carry gun, and in my state you need to have the gun on your ccw registered by serial number. So im for certain keeping this, but I thought yall would love to hear of my poo poo warrior woes.
ITT: We plan a raid on Jeffery Epstein's pedo island fortress
Lets say a wealthy business man suspects his kidnapped daughter is on the island or some evangelists poured their money together to fuck up some devil worshipers. It's enough to cover travel and hotel under the guise of tourists, scuba gear, boats, some black market firearms, ect.
Firearms in the local area:
>The estimated total number of guns (both licit and illicit) held by civilians in Antigua & Barbuda is 6,000
>The number of registered guns in Antigua & Barbuda is reported to be 1,671
Local area:
>Population on the bigger island is 80,000 people
>Tourist destination
>Guests can also sunbathe or dip into six distinctive swimming pools and succumb to the pleasures of a spa and salon. Exercise buffs also enjoy the resort's six tennis courts and Fitness Center, while families appreciate the resort's special children's area and the complimentary, award-winning Kidz Club.
>Kidz Club
The POTUS has visited there and any guests on Little Saint James would probably have their own body guards with them.
The objective of the raid is to gather evidence of child abuse and real satanic rituals, rescue any prisoners, and get out alive.
Perks:
-Trump loans you a helicopter and a pilot.
-Alex Jones agrees to stage a media stunt by bum rushing the island during the daytime so you can assess security response.
>>31927376
if you need to extract one person, is easy, they probably don't have heavily armed security
you will need a amphibious plane to get out later.
I would find the target location, extract it with a small team using guns with suppressors, at night, if possible using a distraction like blowing up the generators and backups, so i could use both panic and darkness to escape.
in total I would need a small team to get the target, a small team to set charges on the generators and one back at the plane, you could do to 8 to 12 men, I suppose. hardest part is pin-point the package location
>Get ultra wealthy
>Acquire friendships
>Go to island
>See horrible shit
>Expose horrible shit
boom proceed to have the media rip these rich assholes a new hole.
The helicopter will be loud and attract attention. We can use it for extract, but infil should use dark, small boats. A team of 16 autists should suffice, armed with NVD.
I've never seen this video discussed on /k/, and it still makes my blood boil.

In which a questionably autistic """historian""" claims the Bren is a better machine gun than the MG34 and MG42, because Germany lost the way. And because the Bren was used until 2006, not acknowledging the MG42 is still being used to this day.
Bonus: His pathetic follow-up video where he writes off all criticism and arguments as 'fanboys'. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qgfBL1hz_zw

Lindy is often wrong and misinformed on a lot of historical stuff. There's no need to pay him any notable attention.

Holy shit that was the most brutal thing I've ever seen. Is war really like that?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iX193z7vE78
I can't remember the exact numbers, but there was an ungodly amount of Marines that had to die to take those little islands. Something like 1 marine for every 5 square yards or something. The Japanese were fanatically loyal to Tojo, they make radical Muslims look like preschoolers.
P.S. haven't watched the clip yet, expecting Hollywood bullshit, but yes, the fighting in the Pacific Theatre was unimaginably brutal.
About 5,000 Japanese held a 700m by 500m square on Peleliu.
The ground was so hard it was impossible to bury corpses.
At night the Japanese would crawl forwards into marine foxholes and the marines in the next pit would hear the fight but not be able to help because anyone outside of the foxhole was a target.

>Hollywood bullshit
Based Mel is above that. He is the sole redpilled actor/director.
2 DAYS LEFT
Any new picks ups for self or for resale? I've only bought a bunch of mags and lowers. Some cases of ammo here and there. I've accumulated
>50 stripped lowers
>500 ar magazines
>10,000/ 5.56
Also the FBI decided that they were gonna stick with not charging Clinton so looks like she's got it.
>inb4 hate
I was able to buy a brand new house and land with money from the last panic scare
>50 stripped lowers
goddamn
I live in CA and the DOJ will call your FFL if you even buy 4 at a time

Went to the gun show today. No freaks or anything special.
Bit picked up some .38 for a decent price. Was ok. Took the money I didn't spend on funds and just bought a new motorcycle helmet

found a 410 in the river in this thred
I'll start off with some
>I have never fired an AK
>I have zero interest in owning an AR
>I've almost gotten kicked out of a range I frequent
>I unironically wear milsurp in public
>I have never shot past 100 yards
>the only optic I own is a shitty one that came with an airgun
>I think people who only own one gun or only shoot one gun are effectively nogunz
>I think multicam is eye cancer
>I've never disassembled my mosin past removing the bolt
>I don't clean my guns after every range trip, and I mostly shoot steel case
>>31911816
How'd you almost get kicked out?
>I've never shot past 100 yards.
Same, I wish I could find a range that goes beyond that, but the only ones have like a $300 annual membership fee plus $100 starting fee.
>>31911816
>>I have never shot past 100 yards
in many places its not necessary, where i live the brush is so thick you are lucky to have to shoot past 50yds.
>the only optic I own is a shitty one that came with an airgun
some people have a hard time investing in a good scope, look into the low end leupolds.
>I don't clean my guns after every range trip, and I mostly shoot steel case
thats fine, it might become a problem if you try to shoot brass without cleaning them.
>I think multicam is eye cancer
it is.
>I've never disassembled my mosin past removing the bolt.
thats fine, unless its still filled with cosmoline the most you would have to do is take it out of the stock and remove the bottom of the mag.
>I unironically wear milsurp in public
thats fine as long as its not a prussian long coat.
I've never zeroed my Arsenal even after shooting 1000+ rounds. Too lazy to buy an adjustment tool and I even have the cleaning kit. I just don't care, my red dot is fine and in a Hd situation I'm prolly going with 9mm so I don't kill my neighbors
What happens in the ISS if a war breaks out between major countries?
Do Russian,Chinese and Americans astronauts attack the each other with plastic spoons ?
>>31909359
That's an interesting thought.
Do astronaut officers also get orders in the event of war?
>>31909359
The Earth goes through a full nuclear war and the astronauts look at the explosions through the windows.

Why aren't they all severing each other's tethers/air hoses and pushing them out into infinity?
It's getting around that time of year that you've gotta keep your guns warm, let's see those knitted sweater covers.
>>31936574
Not really knitted but I wrangled this thing together for my Mosin.
>>31936574
>this just in
>now the gun nuts are forcing elders to knit assault weapons
>for the safety of our children we must ban knitted assault weapons
>further more the knitters should be held liable for all reckless warmth retention and mass heatings
>remember millennials #BanKnitting #HowManyMittensYouNeed #BanYarn #ImWithHer
>>31936650
>#ImWithHer
Yes. So, Am I.
Sorry dude but that's not your child.
What have you lads picked up before the panic buying starts?
KAC SR-30 IWS lower assembly.
I am glad.

500 rounds of LAX 9mm.
And a Jew gun.

The PCR I have been looking for for 6+ months.
What exactly was wrong with Remshit that it had to be recalled? I had one of those 700s that got recalled and I sent it back. It came back a few months later. When it came back the trigger was about 10 pounds. I sold that piece of shit at a pawn shot and got a Tikka.
>>31936078
gun could go off without pulling the trigger
some could go off when touching the safety
Is this the one about someone shooting their kid while they were riding horseback to a hunting spot and the parent had a round chambered?
>>31936096
How? What exactly was wrong with the safety?
