Looks like the Dutch got caught out.
I wonder how many other subs are nearby.
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-37928222
American and French because there are American and French in the area.
Probably Royal Navy too since they're in the region.

Can confirm HMS Astute passed Crete
>>31952370
>Literally only source of the actual "detection" is Russia saying "we easily spotted a specifically Dutch submarine with two ships, identified it for an hour and chased it away!"
>Literally no way the story can be verified as having happened or not
So basically after an entire journey of being mocked and denied at every turn, they're now trying to make up stories to save face.
looking at muzzle brakes for my pistol AR15 and I've narrowed it down to two.
I have a similar on to pic related on my .308 and it works pretty well, but then I found the only in pic 2.
here's pic 2.
up side: it has additional ports on the top.
down side: the ports are squared instead of angled like on the other. So, I don't know if it'll be any better.
any suggestions on which one?
>>31952315
Does the first have a cover, or is that something else? The net result of the first one (if it has a cover) will be to vent all the gasses parallel to the muzzle, which won't really help felt recoil at all. The bottom one is better since it looks like the holes aren't going to have a cover thing over them. The gasses will be vented perpendicular to the muzzle and thus will slightly lower felt recoil.
Got the red dot I bought on sale on Amazon today, gonna be taking it out this weekend and I'm pretty excited.
Should I bought a tacticool flashlight or laser sight to make my gun look even more FUCKING BAD ASS?
>>31952113
Alternately, should I get a bayonet mount? I'm thinking bayonet.
>>31952113
the fieldsport (tube) would have been a better choice IMO. the reviews for it are pretty good in terms of zero and handling recoil. that one you have now looks like a waste of money.
>>31952134
he bought a rhino its impossible for him to make good decisions
I'm in the market for a concealed carry 9mm pistol.
At first I was interested in the Ruger LC9S Pro, but now i'm leaning toward the M&P Performance Center Ported Shield 9mm.
Anything else I should be looking at?
>>31952106
Glock 43
Walther CCP
It's the hipster choice
>not a glock
>not a shield
>takedown is annoying
>gets dirty fast
>>31952158
I not sure why but I'm way more accurate with the 43 than with the shield.
Looks like the gun bubble just burst with no more panic buying. What is everyone planning on getting cheap?
>M1 Garand
>M1 Carbine
>7.62X25 surplus
>pocket pistol
>.22 in bulk
Also, for some reason any talk of
>M
>A
>G
>A
seems to be banned on here.
>>31952008
>Garands significantly drop in price
Unless the floodgates open up from Korea you're out of luck
My first AR, some ammo, and an assload of .22LR.
I'm hoping for Russian trade to come back, I bet they have an ass-ton of K98 crates still laying around somewhere.....Mosin priced RC's in the future????
Any opinions on Prvi Partizan 7.62x54r FMJ ammo? Was thinking of picking up a 500 round case.
Pic unrelated.
>>31951857
Shit's fine.
Best waifu.
Shot maybe 300rds of the stuff in various weights through both an SVT and mosin. No complaints, certainly didn't notice inaccuracy issues or anything. Forget what I paid but I wasn't disappointed by it.
I wanted to fugg Ryoko as a middle schooler.
I was going through some boxes from storage and found this old 6-page document on modifying an SKS trigger group. I guess this information has been out so long that it can probably be found pretty easily - however I scanned this and am posting for youse guys.
>>31951737
Is this a full-auto conversion or one that lightens the trigger pull?

>>31951749
FA conversion.

A fucking dumbass

>>31951750
He has like 10 million videos and I'm too lazy to watch them all. I'm looking for a hands on topic where I can see if he talks shit or not. He seems to have some training (maybe fake CV?) but horribly bored. Is he an old fuck that has self worth issues and makes up shit? Was he actually oper8r back in the day? Does he actually convey quality shit? I have no idea...
How do we make knives relevant again?
Shoot them out of guns.
>>31951649
Knives are plenty relevant in no gunz countries.
>>31951655
Here. This is for you.
Alright /k/ so I'm thinking about buying a crossman 1377 and I want your oppinion about it?
How about air guns for rabbits? They're eating my fucking lettuce.
>>31951644
I have the .22 version and it takes everything from rats to squirrels to crows.
>>31951709
Do you think that a .177 would get squirrels?
So as we all probably know, Trump has won the election. One of the questions we have to wonder is what will happen with our military spending?
First and foremost, his plan is to end sequestration, or at least raise the spending caps.
>Army
Trump is calling for an end-strength of 540,000 active duty troops, and a corresponding increase from 31 active brigade combat teams to 40.
>Navy
He's calling for an increase to 350 ships. This is a pretty long-term goal, so once started it'd have to be continued by whoever comes in after him. He's also calling for the modernization of all of the Tico cruisers.
>Marine Corps
An increase to 240,000 personnel, and an increase to 36 active-duty infantry battalions.
>Air Force
Increasing the number of fighter aircraft to at least 1,200. This one actually wouldn't be that hard.
Mostly he only specified personnel levels and not so much procurement. It's also likely that with increased spending we may see a more robust modernization. We may see all Burkes taken to the latest Aegis standard for instance, which would quickly bring us to the required number of BMD ships. This would support his stated desired for a "state-of-the-art missile defense system", though he was more likely referring to programs like GMD.
(cont.)
>>31951643
So overall we're likely to see a return to pre-BCA military spending levels. Defense stocks are already rising like fucking crazy over this, both nationally and internationally.
http://breakingdefense.com/2016/11/trumps-pentagon-trumps-world-defense-stocks-soar/
>One of the more interesting aspects of the trifecta sweep of White House, Senate and House is that it appears to be good tidings for the defense industry. Shares of Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman were up at least 5 percent this morning. Raytheon was up 7.6 percent while the overall stock market doodled along in slightly positive territory. In Europe, BAE Systems, Cobham and French defense company Thales rose substantially.
So overall the next 4 years, and possibly 8 years, should be good times, at least for the defense industry.
>>31951651
I don't think we need more military spending. The deficit needs to be fixed.
>>31951768
> Cuts taxes and income by almost half a trillion dollars
> increase military spending by at least 200 billion dollars
> Country already running a 600 billion deficit
He's building a budget hole and making future Americans pay for it.
I just gained my citizenship last year. At first I didn't care at all about guns, but now I see their importance.
I'm buying my first guns tomorrow. I'll probably pick an AR-15 with at least 8 mags, and a Glock 17. I'll probably buy 500 rounds for each. Maybe also some body armor, for me and for my girlfriend, who isn't a citizen.
There's now way that racist pig is going to deport me, I work here, I pay my taxes. I'm staying here.
So fuck you all racist fucks, bring your "right wing death squads", come and take my fucking lead.
Nobody wants to deport you or your lady friend, you crazy fucking asshole.
>>31951555
>gained your citizenship
>getting deported for being an illegal alien
choose one
>>31951555
if your gf marry you then she also become citizen of the USA
where the hell you came from anyways ?
Hey guys! Any fellow Ar/k/ansans here? This weekend is opening weekend for deer season. How many of ya'll bubbas are taking muh Remington 700

Arkansas voted for trump
Also Arkansas just passed the legalization of medical use of marijuana
I don't have any guns, and I want to change this as soon as possible. As a 20 year old in Chicago, what are my options? I've wanted a 1911 for awhile, but with the possible BLM shitstorm on the way, I just want anything. Theoretical budget of $800, suggestions? pic sorta related
>>31951245
When I first got into guns people suggested the Glock 19 as the best all around carry gun. I wanted to be a special snowflake and resisted that advice, but I've come around to it after trying half a dozen alternatives.
>Chicago
Well, that sucks.
suppressors arent legal in illinois
You can find police trade-in Beretta 92 for ~290 online. Can't really go wrong there.
1. Will .22 (and other ammo) come down now that Hillary is gone?
2. What Russian stuff are you going to buy first?
>>31951243
Trump won't repeal the EO against the Russian import ban anytime soon, if ever. Get over it.
>>31951814
Why wouldn't he?
