If you were given the job of fixing Baltimore/St Louis/Detroit, what option would actually be more effective?

We all know criminal rehabilitation is a myth? Could one month of military direct action operations with 1970s-era Rules of Engagement in these cities do what the Baltimore Police Department couldn't?

Cut their thumbs and dicks off.

99% reduction in repeat offenders and will deter future crime completely.
>>
Dissolve all government and laws. No more laws, no more crimes, no more crimes, no more criminals. Problem solved.
>>
What we need to do is slowly reduce welfare and the amount of people that can be on it and make working mandatory. If you can use a computer and can do shit for the government even if its menial shit. If you're not physically disabled in a substantial way at the very least you can do manual labor for the government. Lots of crime is committed simply because these scumbags want more shit because they have nothing to do and have no idea what working a job is.

Alright, I tried to explain the retarded design of the combat shotgun from Fallout 3 where the ejection port is a full foot behind the magazine which is halfway along the barrel because Bethesda knows nothing about guns.

There's a super long recoil spring, and the bolt travels all the way down

Would this work?

I just chalked it up to the drum being a retrofit on a normal tube fed shotgun.

The drum just tops up the from of the tube and the shot gun actually feeds as you would expect it to in a normal setup.

So there's like 3 - 5 rounds behind the drum in that bit between it and the trigger guard (the internal and original tubeular magazine).

Again, it's a retro refitting in my mind.

Do I need to draw it to make sense to you?

How feasible would it be to produce prototype/one-off firearm designs on a home (not industrial) CNC machine? How much do you really have to know about machining to effectively use modern CNC machines? I've long thought it would be neat to be able to design and manufacturer small, low power (.22 to .32acp), experimental/novelty guns for fun in my garage. I have a reasonably competent with CAD/3D-modeling software, but I've never machined anything before. Is this something worth looking into, or do you really need to be an experienced and/or formally trained machinist to attempt something like this?

I don't think it's *that* stupid of a question. 3D printers don't require the user to understand much beyond how to use CAD software, automatic transmissions don't require the user to understand gear ratios, etc.
>>
>>32047554
>3D printers don't require the user to understand much beyond how to use CAD software
to make stupid little sculptures or scanned copies of PLASTIC parts that will be substantially weaker than 90% of their injection molded counterparts

>automatic transmissions don't require the user to understand gear ratios
>user
you bet your stupid ass the guy that DESIGNED the transmission understood gear ratios, heat, pressure, and cutting tolerances of metals and whether or not to use HSS bits or carbide bits on aluminum. sure you could get a machine and learn a cad program, and buy said program to take all that into account for you, but are you cool with having something worth two lamborghinis in your poorfag garage?

What are the laws currently preventing H&K from exporting lots of affordable MP5s to the United States?

Would you be willing to pay a 35% tariff on firearm imports if they had no other major restrictions on bringing them into the nation?

Why hasn't anyone ever tried to make a LeMat chambered in a more modern cartridge like .38 Special or .357 Magnum with like a .410 underbarrel? I would buy like 3.

I remember watching a report on the controversy on Al Jazeera, not gonna lie it kinda made my day

>After being promoted to lieutenant general, Mattis took command of Marine Corps Combat Development Command. On February 1, 2005, speaking ad libitum at a forum in San Diego, he said "You go into Afghanistan, you got guys who slap women around for five years because they didn't wear a veil. You know, guys like that ain't got no manhood left anyway. So it's a hell of a lot of fun to shoot them. Actually, it's a lot of fun to fight. You know, it's a hell of a hoot. It's fun to shoot some people. I'll be right upfront with you, I like brawling." Mattis's remarks sparked controversy and General Michael Hagee, Commandant of the Marine Corps, issued a statement suggesting that Mattis should have chosen his words more carefully, but would not be disciplined.

>>
>>32037340
Most swords can cut through bone.
It'll put a lot of stress and wear on it, and it takes a fair bit of force, but it can absolutely be done.

The Katana is a heavy slashing blade, so cutting bone would probably be easier, but the metal used to make them wasn't particularly amazing, so the wear would probably be worse

Hi /k/. I was wondering if you could tell me something about this 22.? Like value and how rare it is. It was given to me by my uncle. Before that it was used by my great grandfather as a butcher rifle. I'm from Norway if that's somehow relevant.
