Now that our boy Donald won, I am gonna take my master's degree + wife and move to America!
I want to buy the pic related. I understand it is available in Canada as 5.57 cal, but not in USA. Furthermore, considering I'm not citizen yet, how to obtain muh QBZ?
>inb4 too much games kid
year in army
>inb4 it sucks
I don't care, I want it anyways
>>32080151
>I am gonna take my master's degree + wife and move to America!
It doesn't work like that. A MS/MA degree is not a magic immigration bypass.
>>32080160
I know and I have corporate sponsor.
Now how I get QBZ?
>>32080176
No idea. But if you figure it out, grab one for me.
Sup /k/ I got a shitty rock island 1911 that I've been wondering if it would cycle holopoints without feed issues so I loaded up a mag full of speer gold dots and racked the slide till the mag was empty and had no hang ups. Can I rely on that bitch till I test it out on the range?
how does it feel when you rake the slide is it smooth or does it feel like its full of sand and if you shake it does it rattle or is it tight
>>32080297
i have on thats why i ask they can sometimes come way to tight and they parkerize the slide rails making it gritty when you pull the slide back
>>32080093
RIAs are generally known to be dependable, yes.
new AR fag here
spoon feed me some info
1. i was told to use heavier than 55hr .223 for my 1:8 twist barrel.(to avoid over spinning or some shit) Does that even matter for casual 200yr shooting?
2.Every round i see over 55gr is a green tip or has a steel penetrator (banned by my local range)
is there a pinking teir .223 round heavier than 55gr that's not green tip?
3. what ammo would you suggest for home defense?
4. if the 55gr is fine, any suggestions for plinking ammo?
>>32080037
I'm only skimming this and pretty drunk but to answer all your questions:
1. m193
2. m193
3. m193
4. m193
If that is your rifle good taste on the fixed carry handle.
>16A2 clone
Where'd you get it? Been considering one.
To answer your question, just use 55 gr M193 for all of the above. 55gr .223 can fill in as a cheap substitute too. 1/8 will stabilize 55 gr and 62 gr just fine.
>>32080037
1:8 is supposed to handle 55gr just fine
55gr is literally the most common bullet weight for .223. You can find jacketed lead bullets anywhere.
Look up good defensive ammo online. Google it you fucking faggot.
Plinking ammo is steel cases Russian shit, since you probably don't reload.
Why did it become so popular?
Does it have any advantages over traditional camouflage?
>>32080035
Its only advantage is that it is slightly cheaper to mass produce for some reason (seriously); this is why it has become widely adopted by militaries worldwide -- either due to cost-consciousness (budget dictates military expenditures) or peer pressure (everyone else is doing it).
It has no practical advantage over "traditional" camouflage; in fact, it's slightly less effective.
>>32080091
>it's slightly less effective
No. It's the same. People would be hard pressed to distinguish which patterns are pixelated or not beyond 10 yards. I challenge you to provide evidence that speaks to the contrary,
>>32080035
At one time, pixelated patterns provided a small measure of advantage over traditional ones because they integrated micropatterns. The vast majority of 20th century standardized patterns used large intersecting amoebas of contrasting colors (macropatterns). At closer distances and really just in general, these are not as effective as patterns with smaller micropatterns inlaid.
This advantage is moot however, as traditional, non-pixelated, amoeba patterns typically integrate micropatterns in the modern era. MultiCam is an example of this.
what are the cheapest and best ak kits if i want to make 10+ guns?
bonus points for aesthetics
bonus points if a finished rifle totals under 400
>>32079969
>bonus points if a finished rifle totals under 400
bahahaaha more like the parts alone will cost that much. then youve got to worry about tools.
>>32079969
The cheap AK parts kits have long since dried up. Even with distributing the cost of tooling you'll possibly need to buy across 10 guns, I don't know of any kits available that will put you under $400 per rifle.
>>32079969
You just need a welder and a hammer, I buy the milled yugo kits from apex and get a 1.5mm receiver from apex.
Hitler dies in 1942 and you are his successor.
Space aliens grant you a wish, you can choose between:
>300 MiG-21PF with unlimited fuel and ammo for them
or
>400 T-64BV also with unlimited fuel and ammo
Which weapon do you choose to help you win the war and why? How do you use it?
>>32079926
migs imo, air superiority is bretty important right?
>how to use them
send out 2 150 plane groups :^)
>>32079926
Planes, with out superiority allies can't bomb your factories so you can build more tanks easier.
Also T-64 tanks would become priority target number one for all allied sides and strategies to defeat them would be quickly developed.
>>32079926
In '42 I would take the mig 21st for sure. I would use them to wipe out the RAF and air raid staging points in britain. Then eliminate the threat of the B17s. I would send a few air wings to dominate the skies in Russia while holding onto the eastern front until 46' when I would kill myself in a bunker same as hitler because I was overrun by Russians.
So what gear will you be running when SHTF?
your doing it wrong
>>32079930
you're*
If ur going to dress up like a spooky oper8or then you might as well wear plates.
Unless you are going under cover at an airsoft field that is.
currently carrying Makarov, thinking about buying pic related. How to convince myself that it's worth a switch?
just get an lcp faggot
Europoor, eastern. Much easer to get this one

What is this little QT3.14 op?
If the Japanese had not surrendered in WW2, how long would total nuclear annihilation have taken?
The plan was to invade. We had no more nukes.
>>32079365
Couldn't we make more? What about napalm annihilation?

Scroll down to the part about nukes.
Went to the range today and fired the first gun(s) ever
>Cz75 and HK 45
>went with bro friend, split 50 rounds of 45 and 9mm each
>very enjoyable, helpful and friendly staff at LGS. Mostly reasonable prices
>had good time, applied Haley-sensei's grip lesson a kind anon linked to me a few months ago
>wasn't a dumbass and never missed paper
>might buy gun next month
Also, blogposts/feelgood thread
>>32079223
Busted your cherry. Good for you.
Now get your own nogunz
how did I do /k/?
At 25 Ft.
>CZ-75, 15 rounds
>lower right was first shot, lower middle was unanticipated shot
>>32079245
>unanticipated
Anon, what happened?
Why did the Chinks put up such weak resistance against the Japs in WW2?
chinks can't war
>>32079107
Why not? They had plenty of manpower and guns.
>>32079098
Because they were invaded while in middle of a civil war
My friend told me that the barrel on the AMD will become inaccurate and break after 3000-5000 shots because it's not chrome lined and it gets too hot? does anyone own one here, can you confirm??
>>32079066
They go for like what, 550 and less? Even at 18 cents a shot that's over 900 bucks in ammo cost.
If the guns cheap enough, run that bitch hard or save it for emergencies with cheap ammo. If you want to save the barrel life pay more money on ammo, buy PMC, and don't mag dump.
Barrel life is a meme. I've shot over 38k of rounds from my old as fuck wasr that I bought 12 years ago and it still lands hits where I point it at 125 yards
>>32079786
Aren't WASR chrome lined though?
I saw this on Facebook. Wanted to bring it here to make sure we end this miserable inventor's poor existence.
>>32078626
vertical grip makes it illegal?
It's also idiotic.
>>32078626
I mean how does a neilson device even work?
>>32078636
The fact the barrel moves to cycle the gun also does
Any deals to watch out for this Black Friday?
So far I'm less than impressed at the discounts.
When does buds usually post their deals?
We're on the week of and still nothing.
RRA has a decent deal on their semi auto BCGs, $70
$18 for a basic charging handle from them too
>>32078329
is that this years ad or an old one? fuckin westworlds been making me want a bigass cowboy revolver. i can swing 180 bucks on a whim. not seeing it on the website though everythings over 200
hi point pistols are ok for cheap, but what about the carbines? i like the look of them, like something from a shitty sifi movie
As far as pistol caliber carbines, they're one of the better blowback variants. While there's some high end competition now, they basically beat the mid-range market, except for being hideous and using shitty magazines.
>>32078313
They're ugly as shit, and apparently the magazines can have some issues, but I've only ever heard positive reviews from people who've actually owned them.
>>32078313
i own one
solid rifle, fun out to 100m, god tier warranty, can do HD if needed, cheap to shoot and eats any 9mm i feed it.
mags leave something to be desired, but they dont fail (just rust a bit).
big draw backs are quirky ergonomics, hard to take apart, bitch to clean
luckily, they dont need cleaning much, if at all.
