Three things come to mind.

Easiest one is the mainspring housing isn't set in there all the way. You can check to see if pushing it up a little while tapping the pin works.

2. If the mainspring housing is up all the way then try putting a slightly smaller punch through the hole then check the function of the hammer, grip safety, and trigger. If everything works the try pushing out the smaller punch with the pin.

3. If there is something wrong with the hammer or trigger then you put the searspring in wrong and it is pushing the hammerspring out of line. Disassemble and try again.

They're alright, nothing too great about them. If you live in a cuck state like me then you won't have to worry about bans or salt rifles. I have a garand and an M1A that I love but the mini always feels like the runt. I'd rather just shoot .223/5.56 out of my AR or savage axis.

AR build #1 - 8.9lbs. Huge scope. Once I put my UBR on, probably close to 10lbs.

AR build #2 - 8.0lbs. Another rather large scope.

AR build #3 - 6.7lbs. Basic 16" carbine with irons and drop-in handguard.

The bad guy will be firing into the civilians. The good guys if properly knowledgeable or trained, will wait until finding the perp and then dispatching them, then holstering their weapon.

Also, carrying concealed isn't really meant for that. It's meant for if your life is directly threatened, not seeking out an active shooter.
