What do you have?
What do you hate about it?
What do you love about it?
What did you pay for it?
I'm at 17 guns right now and they don't fit in my small gun cabinet, time for an upgrade.

Why are we not using/rebuilding our WW2 aircraft and tanks to demoralize the enemy? It could at least be used for psyops.
If a enemy platoon gets wiped out by a Dauntless or a PBJ, don't you think morale would drop among them?
I do.

Good thinking citizen! Give us ALL of your taxes to dig another useless money hole!

Why are you posting this inane shit again?
You know you're just going to get the same answers as last time.
Or do you genuinely not?
>>32179400
When was last time? This is the first time I've asked this. Link to that thread please.
Post guns, planes, equipment... any shit that was built/proposed/prototyped but never actually saw service for whatever reason.

>The President of the United States of America, in the name of Congress, takes pleasure in presenting the Medal of Honor (First Award) to Private Daniel Joseph Daly (MCSN: 73086), United States Marine Corps, for extraordinary heroism while serving with the Captain Newt Hall's Marine Detachment, 1st Regiment (Marines), in action in the presence of the enemy during the battle of Peking, China, 14 August 1900, Daly distinguished himself by meritorious conduct.
Just what exactly did this crazy son of a bitch do at Peking? I read different acounts of his actions but theres nothing concrete.
Also, post more badass stories of Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Warriors from all over the world

Vepr is unconverted, can't accept double stack standard AK mags, comes with single stack cucked mags, but it's a vepr, going for $699.
The wasr, RH10, is imported by Century Arms with replaced furniture, modified front sight and gas block combo and a bird cage style flash hidder, going for $679.
Whichn would you choose and why? Value? Performance? Quality?
>>32178807
The WASR, obviously. I've been shafted into eventually getting a Vepr variant due to the fact I live in Maryland, home of shit gun laws. I'd simply exchange the furniture on that WASR, Zhukov magpul is ass.
I've heard of very mildly cracked rivets and things like that appearing on the RH10s, but nothing too extreme. I'd go for that and switch out the furniture, or at least the handguard. Folding stock is really convenient.
>>32178807
>Vepr is unconverted, can't accept double stack standard AK mags, comes with single stack cucked mags,
I never heard of a single stack 7.62x39mm Vepr what kind of crack are you smoking young blood?
Bluepill me on the StG 44. Why wasn't it one of the best WWII weapons?
>>32178805
it was
It was produced too little and too late to make much of a difference. One on one it was phenomenal, but when you've got entire battalions with Garands versus mostly Kar98ks and a handful of StG44s the volume of fire equation favors the Garands.
>too late in the war.
>not enough fielded.
>expensive and time consuming to produce
Hypothetical situation: Let's say I want to sell my rifle on classified ads. Let's say I meet up with the guy who wants to buy my rifle at a local gunshop. Say I see, on the back of his car, a [black/white/asian] supremacy sticker. Say I tell him, "look, I don't feel comfortable selling you this rifle, for I see the sticker on the back of your car." Am I in the wrong? Legally, morally or philosophically? Now, what if I decided to not sell him the rifle because I saw a cross sticker on his car? What If I decided to not sell him the rifle because I'm gay and I saw a sticker promoting heterosexuality on his car?
Basically, is it legal to deny private sale based on something I saw that changed my mind? No, I'm not in legal trouble. Just seems like a good topic to flesh out
Fuck just say no, don't be such an autist.
>>32178802
because its your shit, and if you dont want to, you aint got to sell no one nothing.
>>32178835

I know normally, people would just make up an excuse as to why they don't want to sell it.
I pose the question as: if you directly told them because _____

hey /k/, need some thoughts. I'm a never served fag, but I want to write decent military fiction. How do I go about doing that? I've posted here for years, done my own research from time to time, and have consumed a good chunk of military fiction myself, but obviously there's only so much you can learn from second hand accounts. I want to be detailed and realistic, so is it possible to write good, quality military fiction if you don't have the experience? I guess, to make an example, there's shit you see in the entertainment industry that I've come to learn is bullshit. Or there's no real consensus
>sidearms are rarely carried
>subloads are bad
>it's impossible to take out someone silently, but there's still shit like the FS knife and its techniques, as well as suppressed anti-sentry guns
And so on
Anybody have any tips?
>>32178974
Guess not
Bump
>>32178558
I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. I don't have any first hand experience either but I have thing for watching combat footage. I think it helps to have a realistic "sense" for things.
>sidearms are rarely carried
Sidearms are only carried by those who need them, and most regular troops don't need them.
>subloads are bad
will leave this one to someone with experience
>It's impossible to take out someone silently
Define "silently", it's possible to take down people without alerting a whole neighborhood. But in general suppressed weapons still make a great deal of noise. So far I haven't seen or heard anyone performing "knife takedowns".
I posted earlier today as an Anon on the ATI AR with aftermarket parts.
I've been offered a trade of a Ruger AR 556 in exchange for my Norinco NHM 90.
The AR's MSRP is $599, but it doesn't have a chrome-lined barrel.
I bought my AK for $600 plus tax.
Should I do it? Or just sell the AK outright and build a PSA one with an Anderson lower?
Thoughts?
Pic related it's my NHM 90
I'm strongly considering it. It seems like a good deal but I don't know enough about them to make a decision. A little help, /k/?
>>32178585
That ak is probably worth around 900.
Plus its a Chinese ak which is probably one of the best ones ever imported .
>>32178554
I wouldn't do it. Do you not have the money to build an AR and also keep your AK?
Do they make their own guns?
Are they acceptable, and how much?
They have some of the standard commie metal stamping plants shitting out slavshit.
I hear imports have dried up though.
who need gun when u haz nucrear missire???
do want
