well gents time for another update, the scalpers are getting paranoid as 22lr is cratering in price. they're desperate to offload their stashes as their credit card bills are coming due.
they all planned on rolling in cash with a Hillary victory for christmas, now they're sitting on ammo that they can't exactly pour milk on and eat
so i have been working round the clock before this amazing goldmine dries up. i've been travelling from state to state with my RV filled with 22lr in plastic drums (details on that later) and i have
>HECKING BIG GAME TO HUNT
at each new destination i use my enterprise preferred customer card, rent a nice suv, and drive to visit people who i have made arrangements with. i have also been trolling each person with insulting text messages from local numbers to them, scam emails, and threats for 'ripping off fellow shooters' so by the time they meet with me they feel so relieved they don't even check.
these people might be good at checking apps and being in line at walmart at 5am but they're not good at recognizing a rental car.
it's part of my appearance. i wear a nice suit (measurements taken in NYC, then shipped to me from hong kong- very cheap, looks very good) and play the part of a clueless wealthy LIBERAL man who is desperate to prep for the dark future OF A TRUMP PRESIDENCY
this is my adjustment, before the election i left the CAPSLOCK parts out.
>>32225039
i offer them an ounce of gold coin for every $1000 they are asking, because i'm hunting the big game- the huge stashes.
they take it every time. they google the words on the coin on their shitty smartphones and their eyes get big and they hand over the ammo. they don't even crack open the plastic protectors over the coins, which come standard when you order fake gold coins off the darknet. i pay $200 for a krugerrand that would pass at a jewelry store (good gold plating, sintered tungsten base) and $35 for one that fools an ammo scalper.
i have very close to two million rounds of 22lr now (not to mention the 9mm and 5.56 i've picked up for personal use), my original goal was to get it at the equiv of one cent per round but i've done so well that i can't even name it, i've had an enjoyable roadtrip (tinder plus is worth it) and i have ruined many many neckbeards. in the end, there can only be one neckbeard- me.
and someday i will stop my hunt and open a gun range where people can buy 22lr for their kids and use a scoop and scale like in a grocery store where you buy bulk peanuts. and then i will be satisfied.

It's called fortunate son.
Anyone else here carry specifically because they're physically weak as fuck and incapable of defending themselves against anything?
What do you carry?
9mm XD here.
Considering getting something bigger (10mm perhaps, due to large local wildlife) but I'm a little bitch and worried about whether I can handle the recoil and not be off target.
>>32223172
I wouldn't call myself weak, but I'm in a wheelchair. That impairs my ability to flee or find cover.

You're going to have to type whole words.
Why arent gyrocopters more popular as light military aircraft? They are cheap, much easier to fly and maintain than a helicopter, can take off and land with no runway. Their lifting capacity is shit but they would make great scout vehicles and i could even see some sort of gyrocopter force that act as dragoons, flying themselves near the battle then fighting on foot. Compared to say, a humvee you wouldnt have to worry about mines or IEDs. You could have individual soldiers fly their tiny personal gyrocopters and be escorted by a few attack helicopters or something. They could fly just a few feet above the ground but go over any terrain, approach from unexpected directions then land and do stuff on foot with air support.
It would be like aerogavins but not stupid.
The chinese are apparently doing it
>>32222762
Limited range
Limited weight capacity
No protection from weather or small arms fire
>>32222762
Because it's a really retarded idea to implement these into a modern battlefield.
Was pretty lame in Farcry 4 until you got the M79 and enough fo-tay mike-mike to make it worth it.
Tell me why this isn't currently the best non magnified optic on the market

It's too bad the Trijicon reflex series suck in bright light. When they aren't washed out by the sun, the triangles are my favorite reflex/red dot reticles. I could care less about the tritium aspect, because at night with ambient lighting the fiber optics provide ok brightness.
>>32221756
Don't try and shoot the sun and you'll be fine.
Also show me where the tritium and fiber optic is in the MRO. Until then, keep talking out your ass
MRO is GOAT

They're out hunting for bounties.
I'm a bounty hunter. AMA.
Modern attack helicopters vs. WW1 fighter
Who wins?
>>32220542
The one with heat seekers?
>>32220598
Heat seekers versus a small pistol engine??
I'm not sure that would be super effective. Against a cold sky background its likely modern imaging seekers would find it but I think it would be more difficult. How hot do you think canvas would get??
They flew ~100 Mph or less, just use the chain gun.
>>32220542
The pishy guns on a ww1 fighter would not really do much where as the heli large caliber guns would rip the canvas string bag to bits in a short burst.
How many of you who haven't been in the military or law enforcement unrionically cc?

And another one bites the seabed.
But hey, at least the Russian Navy isn't at war with any Asian rising power.
They should have picked the Kirov cruiser one as their flagship and scrap/retire kuznetsov from duty outside of training.
I thought they had given up on flying the aircraft from the carrier and were relegated to using the airbases? I guess they tried again.
This is just sad.
>>32220388
>check 'em
Or they should have skipped sending an Aircraft Carrier altogether and keep flying them from Russia to Iran and Iran to Syria instead, like they have already been doing.
We know that most politics know jack shit about weapons, so lets post and discuss some examples on the matter, preferably from around the world.
>mexican law forbids .38 comando by name, a caliber that doesn't even exist. It also designates spears as "army only" weapons for some reason.
>>32220291
>no pistol grips for rifles or shot guns for they make the gun more scary and deadly
up until april or may of 2014, here in ohio you were allowed to own magazines over 30 rounds, but you couldnt legally use them in non nfa weapons.
>a folding stock makes a rifle with a 28" barrel concealable
Well /k/ my armor budget for just this month is 1679.00. I've been looking at AT armor API BZ plates & velocity systems BZ style plates including custom silicon carbide hexar armor solutions. Would you trust a half inch 4 lb plate against .308 that seems to be the only threat not listed that I actually want to stop. Are their any better plates out there? I don't care who makes it I want the best 10 x12 or 10.25 x13.25 that you can find. XSAPI is too heavy and all are accounted for in reserves against odd ball future slap rds. Post good armor here. Poor fags post else where or lurk & learn.
Also The difference in thickness is roughly 0.05 inches with a difference of 5% between batches.
Almost all of them are Stand Alone except for High coms more cost effective ICW that will stop .308 but requires a backer to do it. Velocity systems can stop .308 but is the most expensive plate at 1200 each.

I guess you are the poorfag then if your armour budget for this month is only $1679
If that's your budget you might consider calling some of the armor companies up and asking for their product recommendation.
Gun store fags pls help
So I'm considering obtaining a medical marijuana card... my questions are:
1. On the form 4473, when I check "no" next to the "do you use controlled substances" box 11c, does that information get ran in the background check? I guess I'm asking if as some kind of loophole rule, does the fact that I'm would be a registered patient holding a medical marijuana card pop up on some list somewhere? Wouldn't that be protected health information? Can I just lie and perjure myself, but not get caught lying and perjuring myself?
2. Have you heard about or witnessed an applicant's form being denied for possessing a medical marijuana card?
>>32219903
Check the "no" box, especially when you are just considering to obtain a lawful certificate for cannabis.
>>32219903
you could not be a degenerate and lie on a document where they will check your name against a database of felonious activities
>>32220004
Well definitely, I'd check the "no" box for sure.
I think the recent 9th district court case regarding this same subject became an issue because this lady checked the "yes" box.
I'm more wondering about the background check itself. Truth be told, I'd lie on the form if it wasn't information the background check looked at.
At the same time, I buy maybe.. 2 or 3 guns a year... I like my guns more than I like being high.
Constitutional Carry in 12 states so far, and now both Indiana and South Dakota are looking to have it too. With Trump's planned national carry reciprocity, is it possible that we could see US-wide conceal carry and what will that mean for gun owners?

Pisses me off that Ohio took until 2004 to issue licenses.
Too many fudds in this state.
>>32219559
440 reporting in. I got rejected for a Cc license because of a concealed knife charge from when I was 14. This state is one of the worst states to own a gun in.
>>32219528
>tfw constitutional carry will never come to Oregon
At least were shall issue, though I often wonder how long that'll last for after the 9th circuit said there was no right to concealed carry in Peruta v. San Diego, even though that's not what the plantiffs were asking them to rule on.
