Anyone here own a MAS 36?
>>32548397
yes, sporterized by santa fe arms sometime in the 60's i believe
>>32548397
I do. Why do you ask?
>>32548616
It's like a bat signal.
>>32548792
How much did you get it for, and how well does it shoot? I'm thinking about getting one if I get the chance.
so i was thinkin. if people are alergic to peanuts and it causes them not to breath and maybe die. could i fill my hollowpoints with peanut oil and seal them with wax as a way to increase the lethality of bullet if i need to shoot someone. i think i could also use peanut oil as a gun and barrel lube. do you think this would work.
>>32548294
Yes
>>32548294
Generally speaking people are more likely to die if you put more bullets in them so the peanut oil is nonsensical
>>32548304
what if i just shoot them in the leg or shoulder or something like that
Post whatchu got. Thinkin of picking up a Ratnik 6b45 vest with all soft and hard plates. Talk me outta it or into something better.
PFA

Post this in the gear queer thread you faggot, that's why it exists.
>>32548218
So the problem with buying the carrier with armor is that customs can seize them and then you're out ~$400
Most of the time it gets through but stuff from Russia is never guaranteed
There's nothing better. Chest and back plates are titanium and hard carbide boron ceramics. 6b45 is impervious to 5.56.
Pearl Harbor, as seen from japanese planes on 12/7/1941
Mmmmm, look at all those tasty, tasty battleships
>>32547981
colorized it for you
the japanese did nothing wrong
Whatever happened to these guys, are they still fighting?
Yeah, that's what pushed Turkey into the actual fighting recently, those Kurds were being a bit too successful for Turkish comfort, so they're trying to liberate ISISland before the Kurds get there.

Giving any fuck about a commie group

>>32548991
Teaming up with a Islamocommies to kill islamofascists seems like a fresh Middle Eastern spin on an american tradition
India v. Pakistan.
What do you think would happen in that scenario?
Between the two, who would win?
Personally, I'd call it an Indian victory, so long as the Chinks don't move in for Kashmiri clay.
If India won, Pakistan's nukes could either fall into the hands of ISIS or the Taliban.

>>32547786
What is yo definition of winning?
India gets a well needed reduction in population and urban bloat.
Pakistan ceases to exist.
Everyone wins.

10/22 thread.
Post babby's first semi-auto.
I modified the original stock so I could free float a bull barrel.
>>32547931
Does that mag work well?
Tactical inc makes the best mags, but theyre expensive.
37mm Launcher, yea or nea?
>>32547669
At that point better to have a orion flare gun.
>>32547669
But it's heavy and the soldiers are already over encumbered.
We already have hand grenades and mortars what would be the practical purpose of this thing?
>>32547669
Just buy a real 40mm grenade launcher, fag
I'm thinking about selling my AR for $900-$1000 and buying a Kel-Tec RDB for $1035. The bullpup design philosophy has always appealed to me and the RDB seems to be the best 5.56 bullpup on the market, especially for the price of about $1K. Personally I prefer the RDB over the Tavor. The Tavor has a horrible trigger that feels like a LEGO brick, more weight, and added bulk compared to the RDB.
Thoughts? Advice?
This is the RDB.
Sick blog post.
Did you build that AR yourself or did it come from the factory like that? If you did it yourself, expect to get about 500 if you're lucky. 550 if you throw the primary arms in.
>>32547021
I have a RDB and honestly, unless you just want a bullpup for the sake of having one I wouldn't. It's a good gun but it's not gonna beat out a $1000 AR in anything but size.
Quick /k/ I need a milsurp poncho/raincoat and a satchel (also waterproof). Shop for a poor almost homeless person. No time to explain.

Ebay.com
>>32546932
I don't know where to begin looking, why else would I make a thread????
Help this is urgent, I have like 5 days.
>>32546928
If you have time to post on /k/, order milsurp, and wait for milsurp to get to you, you have time to explain.
There is literally nothing wrong with an L85
>>32546363
But das a bilpap. Bilpap a maymay, u kno?
>>32546363
Assuming A2
Pros
-Shorter overall length because of bull-pup design
-better at Urban Combat because able to swing the gun around easier in CQC
Cons
- Shorter Overall length makes it bayonet fighting harder.
- Awkward compared to other rifles.
- Terrible gun at current situations (fighting in afghan mountains) like most rifles in NATO
L129A1 Should become standard issue for BAF desu.
>>32546429
Das a maymay 2, u kno?
What's the fundamental difference between spies and covert operatives?
>>32546344
theres lots of overlap but assuming there is a difference, im guessing objectives and purpose? spies are about intelligence gathering while operatives are about actions.
just a guess though, i have no fucking clue
>>32546344
Spies fuck their way to information
Operatives get fucked on their way to information
>>32546344
I joined the Army. Got rushed up the pipe tube. Got an option 40. I said fuck that. Went straight to Navy seals but that shit was gay. Transferred to the Marines. I got dropped in boot camp. Then a coloneral came and told me it was all a ruse, I became a secret spy.
>tfw not a shadow recruit like me
Just gifted these custom grips to my brother for his sig .45. I seldom lurk /k/ but thought you guys may appreciate the work.
They are cast bronze sculpted from green plastalina. I went for a nautical theme, as the weapon was a unit pistol from one of his deployments, "bootleg troop". Has a pirate and crossed Sabres on the top of the slide (not pictured).
That's fucking awesome work. I do think the shell casing in the grip may get in the way, but it could be in that weird area where it would fit.
I unironically think that's awesome. Love the tentacle, but like the other poster wonder if the shell gets in the way of holding the gun.
>>32546247
>>32546261
OP here. I totally agree. It's in the best place it could be to wrap your thumb over top, but it's still uncomfortable an not ideal for extended shooting. He's putting this piece in a shadow box for display though. So I went all out show piece from its inception.
And is $429 too much to pay for a like-new piece of Balkan history?
https://www.classicfirearms.com/yugo-sks-semi-auto-excellent
>what does /k/ think of the Yugo SKS
It's a great rifle with great reliability and ruggedness, don't pay attention to the "muh chrome lined barrel" faggots.
>is $429 too much
I think so, but it's your money. I bought a Romy for $350, I think I payed too much for it, but I don't regret the buy.
It's a fantastic rifle that you will love until you die, but I think you could do better with just a little more money.
>>32546007
Costs too much for what it is, but it woupd be nice to have
The real question is what the other fudds at your range will think when they see you blasting
