I think it'd be safe to assume 12-16, it'd be good practice for the maintenance crews to try and keep as much 35s combat ready as possible. Being this is the first over seas deployment and all, it has to carry weight

Talk to me about the SMG Semi FG42, my friend has hit a rough patch and is offering to sell me his NIB rifle with the scope and mounts and bayonet for what just the rifle normally sells for. I have always liked Nazi militaria, however this being 100% modern manufacture kinda makes me iffy about it, obviously I cant afford an original.

Thats kinda how I see it. I am much more interested in the MG34, although they have pretty low reputation for reliability, one reason why I am even debating a FG42. I don't even like the FG42 that much, I mean its neat, but it doesnt make my dick hard.

Against civilian infrastructure it's effective.
Against military hardware, it's almost worthless as hardening has been commonplace ever since the 70s. Take a look at the USN's EMPRESS facilities or the crazy wooden structure that the USAF built to hold aircraft they tested against EM.

How do you store your guns, /k/?
I'm going to be buying my first firearm soon and before I do I want a nice safe or secure display case to put them in. It made me wonder how you store yours, what brands to look for/avoid along with features to look for/red flags on a product. I'd normally just hang them on the wall but given I'm going to room-mate with with my best friend to help him get started on living on his own/living life away from his parents just displaying them via a wall rack won't work.
