I spin around, practice drawing, and dry fire my revolver at home. Sometimes I point it at my head and body when I dry fire.
I never keep it loaded at home though, and I live alone. Is that bad? What harm could come of it?
It's not a great idea. All it takes is forgetting to unload it once
Keep doing that and kill yourself

>Sometimes I point it at my head and body when I dry fire.
You FUCKING moron. You are just trying your hardest to become another statistic anti-gunners use against us. Good work.
I'll start. M1 Abrams; If the armor is made of uranium wouldn't the soldiers die of radiation over time?
>Troll thread
The armor is ceramic, the APFSDS round it shoots is made of depleted uranium. Depleted uranium is not radioactive, although it does make some nasty ass dust after it hits something
>>34945642
Depleted uranium is barely radioactive. It's only dangerous if the armor is penetrated and you hang around the hole and breathe in a bunch of DU particles.
If you're going to say the Abrams is shit, there's a lot of criticisms for it. Any that involve its use of DU, that aren't about its weight, are dumb.
>>34945676
The A2 has DU layers (except the Saudi A2's)
>>34945676
DU is very much radioactive, just not at a level useful for nuclear weapons or power generation. Mostly decaying into alpha and beta waves it does still emit gamma rays and thus, is not good to be around.
what is the point of a nation bankrupting, fifth-generation fighter like the f35 when drones are available?
>>34945620
>what is the point of a nation bankrupting
You just answered your own question.
You can either climb the tech chain, or stagnate.
Drones are over priced garbage. They are good for recon but that's about it.
Please Redpill me on this handgun.
They are going for $250 at iammo. Is it worth it?
>>34945593
>redpill
It'll put a bullet in your skull if that's what you're after.
>>34945710
Second
>>34945593
Also buy it.
>>34945593
Yeah it's definitely worth $250, I have one, it's a pretty nice shooter. Trigger is surprisingly good.
What's an MOS that's so lame no one will ever call you out for stolen valor?

Is it worth getting a bolt action in .223 or should I get one chambered in a cartridge with better ballistics at distance? CZ rifles give me a huge erection and I'm thinking of getting the 527
I live in NY so my thinking is instead of getting a neutered AR or other .223 semi auto I'll get a bolt and if I ever move to a free state I'll have another rifle that can eat my AR food when I buy one.
I mostly shoot short distances because Western Long Island has shit options for ranges, but I'd like a rifle that could hunt in a pinch due to my shtf autism.
Get a CZ 452 in 22lr. The rifle and ammo are cheaper.
>>34945524
if you want it buy it
it will be less practical than alternatives in the same price range but if its what you want go for it they are nice guns
>>34945532
I have a 10/22, it's my only rifle. I've shot a CZ .22 bolt and it was real slick, but I'm thinking my next rifle will be centerfire. I'm looking at .223 because it's almost as affordable as .22 for range practice.
>>34945542
Thanks anon, haven't seen any reviews from people who own them that regret it. Expensive mags and proprietary scope mounts suck but I can live with that

How is that tobacco you've got? A good pipe tobacco is hard to beat.
>>34945483
It's great. Typical Balkan blend. Smoky latakia and tons of incense like Oriental tobacco. I have about 12 jars of different tobacco right now. MacBaren Old Dark Fired is probably my fovorite, but I don't want to blast myself with nicotine tonight, so I'm going with something lighter.

I know this is bait but isn't this what the purpose of training is? If we weren't training nobody would learn from their mistakes and we would be as fucked as the chinks at war.

The guy laughing in the video apparently sabotaged the drop by not securing them properly and faking signatures that they were.

Mostly your fault desu. Should have started off with dry firing at home then a 22 pistol at the range. You seem like a person impatient and spiteful enough to set her up for failure anyway.
Imagination and a 5/16ths wrench is all you need to make truly terrifying weapons right /k/omrades? post em if you got em.

LIFE ISN'T FAIR
Sorry to go /fol/pol/, but how does /k/uties protect potus tonight?
>what should my next retro AR build be?
I already have a XM177, M16A1, and a 605 clone so I am thinking maybe a DOE build would be the best. I have the lower laying around and I can't think of anything else to build other than another M16A1.
>what does /k/ think?

Airshows are the best. Modern military jets hitting afterburner within a few hundred yards of you is an orgasmic feeling.
>>34946169
And it's LOUD!!! I live in Alaska and went to my first airshow a couple of years ago. The guy at the gate said "want some earplugs?" I said no and thought "I ain't no pussy". It was so loud putting my hands over my ears still hurt.
>>34944769
My dick gets hard when I see an f22 or f35 enter full reheat.
I make the exhaust for the f119 and f135 engines.
Makes me proud
Alright, so a recent thread got me thinking. The more I look around, the more I see law enforcement agencies and armies outright abandoning the use of shotguns. When I was in the infantry, my unit phased out all of our Mossberg shotguns in favor of other breaching tools. SWAT teams seem to pretty much exclusively use rifles and pistols as a lethal option and shotguns are only used for riot/non lethal roles. Are "combat shotguns" a thing of the past?
If yes, why? If no, why?
Not trying to push a viewpoint here because I honestly don't have one.
>>34944755
>opening doors, opening skin, opening up drones, opening up my sphincter because I only have a set amount of ammo for it and i gotta lug around deadweight.
They'll have a place as breaching tools for a good while yet, but as dedicated combat weapons they've largely gone the way of the SMG and revolver (and pistols as a whole for 99% of applications). IE, still shoot bullets that kill, but not ideal and not something anyone would use if they have the luxury of choosing their equipment.
