What happens when a younger inexperienced lieutenant gives an order to a more older experienced sergeant?
Can he just say: "FUCK YOU"?
>>32725293
He can say fuck you to the young Officer, he will end up behind bars though.
>>32725293
Technically, no, he can't. Thing is, at that point, those higher-ranked sergeants know higher-ranked officers. So, if the lieutenant tells them to do something stupid, they just get the higher-ranked officer to fuck their shit up. Or, they tell them to fuck off if the LT knows of that cloud hanging over their head.
They learn, one way or another.

A SNCO will not go to jail for telling a 2LT to pound sand.
what's the purpose of leg gaiters?
Protecting your shins and keeping shit out of your boots.
>>32724967
Bear protection

What's this bit and what does it do?
Go google it, fucko
Saged
lifts the bullets out of the clip
>>32724852
It's the hammer and it strikes the firing pin that hits the primer on the bullet.
What does /k/ think of the Sig 938 I am thinking of buying one.
>>32724271
Its overall dope. Not the best trigger in the world, take off the grips when you clean it. Its about as small as 9mm comes
>>32724318
Why take off grips? and I thought the trigger was pretty good when I shot it...also can or no can?
>>32724271
What does /k/ think about this one instead?
Let's get this out on a tray...
>>32724266

What were the guys in the silos supposed to do after a nuke launch? Knowing full well they have killed millions and there are probably nukes in the air coming towards them.
>>32724206
hide
>>32724206
Light a cigarette and crack open a bottle of their favorite booze.

Give me one good reason you're not there right now?
>>32724158

Because I have people to die for me to accomplish my political goals.
Duh.
If the Hughes Amendment were to be repealed today what would you buy first?
Also sign this, senpai :3
https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/repeal-1986-hughes-amendment
stop posting so many fucking threads
>>32722609
I support the Hughes Amendment because all the guys who bought them worked hard for their money to buy them. Some joe blow shouldn't be able to buy a machine gun for $1000
>>32722793
Still gotta get a class 3 license guy
What are you doing?
Leopard.
Stahp!
You see, Franz, to beat the Russian, you must first be the Russian.
>>32719940
Looks like Turks or ISIS blew them at a rallying point of dead armor or they ran into a field of IEDs.
>>32719940
LOL is the front end of that tank missing?
Let's talk about pistol lanyards. Realistically, are they really all that practical? Are they issued in any modern militaries?
>>32716794
Yes
>>32716809
good talk, nuff said
Reminder: If your pistol was not developed with a lanyard loop it belongs in the trash.
who is the toughest and why?
>average MARSOC
>average Delta
>average SEAL
>>32716150
The only military unit where being tough matters is border guard at JSA in Panmunjom.
>>32716150
>MARSOC
amateurs who think they are hot shit because they get to sit in the same room with the best, despite sitting at the back.
>>32716150
I don't know who it is, but it's definitely not the Marines.
What is the future of handgun cartridges?
>>32715336
I propose that, with better engineering for recoil management, larger caliber pistol cartridges will become more common
Maybe a 10x20mm in a gun that handles it like 9x19mm, along with more efficient powders
5.7.
Wound vectors.
>>32715336
im going to guess something non-lethal. the marketplace definitely needs better and more non-lethal options for uppity dindus and tweakers and other ne'er-do-wells. and by the marketplace, i mean state, local, municipal governments and such.
Burn relief edition. For those who haven't checked their emails/been around/enjoy ebin trelling, Creep came by about 2-3 days ago and compiled the final list of grinched/undergifted anons. Current final unboxing date is January 30th unless Creep states otherwise.
>>32683048
And here's the final burn list. Out of 230~ participants, we have 16 either grinched or undergifted. Not bad considering this was all honor system based on an italian noodlemancy forum. 95%+ gifting rate.

When the Hearing Protection Act passes, which is probably will relativley soon, will suppresor prices increase or decrease with the sudden surge of demand?
They'll all go up by about $200.
Probably decrease considering I'll just be using an oil filter.
Decrease drastically.
I will go out and make my own the second it passes. They're dead simple. Only expensive because of artificial scarcity
