K thoughts on this anime? If you haven't seen it then here is the name of the anime.
youjo senki
I like seeing the Mondragon in use by the Imperial Mage units, but if they really knew their shit they'd have them using Mauser Model 1916 Fleigerkarabiners.
>>32799441
Read the manga, not seen the series. I enjoy Got mitt uns being so literal, but I'm a bit less than impressed by weaponry- the fugging railway cannons have had better details than the rifles.

This is not even about "muh Falklands"
You have no idea how starved our Airforce is.
In 1992 we sold our aircraft carrier.
In 1995 our last big aircraft purchase was of refurbished A4 Skyhawks (made in the 1960s but brought to 1990s standard with modern F16 avionics).
In 2015 our Mirage III and V were decomissioned, we lost supersonic capacity.
And of the A4s only two are operational.
It's not due to lack of money either, we are a G20 economy. But the traitor governments have disarmed the country, to the point we spend only 0.5% of GDP on the military and we have no supersonic capacity... let alone BVR capacity.
The 7th largest country in the world having 2 operational aircraft is something to weep.
If our new Conservative, pro-Western government actually has the balls to make this purchase we will be back to having one of the best airforces in South America in one sweep.
I'd be surprised if they have the balls to go Russian. We've never used Russian aircraft.
But it would be glorious.
Why do you eternal retards need an army, let alone an air force? Stop.
Its one thing to buy aircraft
Its quite another to buy aircraft, maintain, support and train pilots in them.
I doubt you guys will do the latter.
Fuck Argies, wish America jumped in with the Brits to slapped their shit back in 82.
What about SHTF luxury items?
In a scenario like The Stand where some sort of super flu wipes out almost everyone, the survivors would not have to worry about food or supplies for years and will have ample time to become sufficient before worrying about starvation. But what about the luxury items that can expire or run out? Paint, ink, glue, clay, that sort of thing. Are there any infographics on things like that? Crash courses in bee keeping or maple syrup harvesting?
What about some sort of hardened SSD full of music and videos for when power is restored and computers can be made to work for at least a little while? Without the ability to manufacture parts, but with an effectively inexhaustible surplus of existing parts, how long would it be before properly stored computer components become unusable?

Honestly although it sounds nice, I'm not going to go out of my way to obtain these things, my priority is staying alive. When shit finally slightly less hits the fan maybe I'll have a look for them.
Bees however, bees are amazing.
>>32796646
That's why I'm thinking more of a The Stand type scenario specifically. There is 0 issue with staying alive. Food and supplies to scavenge everywhere, more than enough that you can't possibly run out before setting up more long term things like farms. You wouldn't even have to set up farms, you just need to go where one already exists and replant it. With the right people and mindset, it would take only weeks to be set up for the rest of your life, and then the boredom sets in.
Paper, ink, paint, and clay would seem to be the simplest luxury/entertainment things to make, but I only have vague ideas about all of them.
This is the latest cover of American Rifleman. Where were you when the NRA addressed the JQ?

Why did the Germans not make the Tiger I with more frontal armor like this?
It wouldn't affect comfort for the crew since it's external

Would have reduced the vertical FoV of both the driver and the machinegun/radio operator.
Am I behind the times or something? New production STG's in modern cartridges that take STANAGs? How am I just now finding out about this?

You must live under a rock then.
>>32795225
It's a weird STG imitation more of, takes HK trigger packs. I'm sure it'll be fine, but they're literally designing a new gun at this point.

gear hitler is so kawaii
What can /k/ tell me about these? I've been thinking of adding an AK to my collection for awhile now and I completely refuse to fall for the American AK meme. Since anything quality is well over a grand, I've been thinking of this as an alternative.
Is it worth it?
Anyone here own one?
What can you guys tell me?
i can only say that its ugly as balls
>>32781417
czechs thumbed their noses as soviet union, used their relatively robust domestic arms industry to crank out this thing instead of the AKs they were supposed to
It's fine but it's not an AK
>anything quality is well over a grand
No. New Arsenal SLR107-11 is $850MSRP, soon to be much lower from retailers.
WASR can be had for $600
>>32781417
they use different mags which is my only complaint.
I'm going through withdrawals waiting for someone to continue this thread, so I'll start it.
Who is bringing the explosives to blow the beavers and their dam to bits?
What type of target stands do we want to build?
Do we have any midgets attending?
Are skin walker hunts optional?
Will furries be treated like beavers? Shot on sight?
Is there a "most passable trap" contest?
Are brownies really better with cream?

Thanks for making the thread anon. I wanted one, but I also realize the meet is still over a month out so maybe we don't need one right away or one up permanently until February 17th or whatever.
But yes, there are still several things we need to work out.
The most pressing issue imo is target stands. The guy who owns the land and is hosting us doesn't want us blasting his trees, so we'll all need to pitch in somehow (or a few of us can commit) to building target stands. I don't think they need to be fancy, just something like pic related so we can staple paper targets or set cans/clays/whatever on them. I think if someone brings some scrap lumber and nails, it'll take like an hour and then we'll be all set to go. I'm hoping someone has spare lumber for a project like this so we don't need to buy anything, but I think if we all brought a 2x4, we'd have plenty of wood.

its fine if you make the threads but not putting relevant info? a mistake for sure

why do all pistol magazines look the same?
>>32808339
Because they go on a relatively similar spot in relatively similar guns and have relatively similar locki,g mechanisms and relatively similar functions.
>>32808339
They all do the same thing.
The design works, so people just copy each other. The vast majority of mags are also made by a few OEMs, like mecgar

well its not like king nigger or more his administration ever gave a shit about these petitions
the only one he personally (supposedly) responded to was just a bunch of bullshit rhetoric and some passive aggressive undertones about how we're stupid goyim and dont know anything
hopefully Trump is better than that
