You could build a gun with a drill, hacksaw, and a dremel if you wanted.

Is everything straight? Nothing canted? Pic is mine. I feel for what they are...They are over priced. At the time I used my employer to get me one at cost. No AK should be over 800 bucks imo.

Price aside, you will enjoy it. Has a way softer recoil than most other ak's. Fallow up shots are nice with this rifle. My main complaint is the paint... Adjusting the front sights elevation is... Stressful. The paint becomes fused between the threads and the sight post housing/drift pin.

Kicked ass on the ASVAB too. Had everybody calling my house. Before you ask I don't remember but it was high.

While I morally object to fighting any of the current conflicts the U.S. is engaged in I did have a sense of duty to my nation that made me want to enlist.

I got pretty good on ASVAB. I cant remember exactly either, it wasnt stellar but it was just a hair above average. I was gonna go for 0351 regardless though.

Lacks a da/sa hammer which i feel is almost needed on a military pistol because of the ability to restrike a bad round

I'm honestly surprised the Army switched from an aluminium framed pistol to an aluminium framed pistol instead of just staying with the beretta.

Does this mean that the m16/m4 could really get replaced someday??? 6.x rounds could become a reality. Someone I would trust was telling me they were probably going to end up switching to a 6.5 or 6.8 rifle bullet eventually.

I carry for when me and mine are directly and immediately threatened. If the shooter is in the same store as me, I'm going to shoot, but I'm not going to charge in and play hero, that would only lead to reports of multiple shooters and the possibility of getting mistakenly gunned down by cops.

OP, Sig is fine, USP9 is amazing, if you already have a USP just carry that. I wouldn't bother with a threaded barrel for cc though, kind of ridiculous.
