Hey /k/, longtime lurker here. I've recently been hired as an armed security guard and I need a sidearm. I own a smith and Wesson m and p shield as a personal conceal carry but I need a larger sidearm to carry for my job. The glock 17 gen 4 is their recommended sidearm, but they'll let me carry most 9mm and 4
.40s. What gun would you recommend? I need to be able to buy 3 extra mags for it to carry as well.

do 90's cop roleplay with a USP 40 or baltimore build with a FNS-40L

Just plug up your anus and you should be fine.

I've worked unarmed long enought to know I'all need a decent gun
Hello fellow /k/ameraden
In a thread on /pol/ yesterday night, I read that there's actually going to be a meetup in march at Brühnig Indoor. I saw the initial thread on here, but thought it went nowhere. Also heard all the slots are filled already, which wouldn't be a problem, I'm sure there's going to be a next one...
Unfortunatley, the Discord invite I found in the /k/ archives already expired. I would very much appreciate a new invite. Thanks in advance.
Also /swiss General/ I guess

Why is this bullshit allowed? What's to stop me from buying a fully built AR 15 rifle, taking it apart, and then using the lower to build an illegal pistol?
Nothing follow your dreams.
Or just build an 80% lower you cuck.
>gun laws
>making sense
You can make a SBS with any shotgun and a hacksaw.
People who write gun laws seem to think guns run on magic and that by modifying them in any way without being a gunsmith you disrupt the ley lines.
My personal theory is that nobody who actually understands guns is in favor of gun control because they realize most guns are in fact very simple.

Well, if started acting like an adult maybe we would treat you that way.
Would a crossbow be viable as a weapon in space?

A spear gun would work better in space

yup, spear gun's better tho
Okay guys this may sound awkward but i just handled a gun for the first time in my life and i got a literal boner.
Is this normal? Am i a weirdo?
I couldn't help it tho, the thought of having a device in my hands that can end life just like that was such a turn-on.
>>32823758
That's normal
Welcome to /k/

Handling a firearm is the most sensual and exhilarating experience a man can have by himself. Nothing wrong with you at all.
I need your help. I'm trying to find a knock-off nerf gun that I bought from a dollar store (Dollar Country) 12 years ago.
It had a name on it that I can remember was like Merdianquang (Not 100% sure on spelling), likely a chinese produced knock-off.
It's barrel was single shot and could perfectly fit a chapstick tube, used a pump/pull action and was definitely air pressure, but the barrel was near perfect design, so it could shoot with more force than any name-brand Nerf gun I've ever owned. (Like, if you shot someone with a chapstick tube cap, they could welt.)
It was standard pistol grip, revolver style, and had a blue/orange paint job. The closest I can describe it, is that it looked like a combination of these two guns, and was LOUD AS FUCK. Like Taurus 357 Loud.
If no one has any idea...
Do you know a nerf gun that's close? I really want to buy one of those style again. It was like barely a hair down from being shot by a paintball.
> MERDIAN QUANG
Why weren't these used in mass shootings back in the day? aren't they basically old school ARs?
Because back in the good old days you could order a Thompson out of a catalog for a few hundo and mow down far more people, all from the comfort of your car.
>>32823697
Because back in the day people were well-adjusted and behaved or they were shipped off to the looney bin for the rest of their lives during childhood.
>>32823697
Because we didn't have modern television to glorify them 24/7 for weeks back then.
Besides, when people wanted to fuck shit up properly they used bombs ala the bath school massacre.
They still do, but the mass shooting meme has a strong hold on the populace
Do they make a stab and bullet proof vest? I can only find one or the other. Should I go full autism and wear mail under a bullet proof vest?
are you at risk of being stabbed or do you just want an excuse to wear armor
Aren't most soft vests atleast slash proof?
>>32823466
Yes I am at risk of being stabbed.
What is the best "pocket pistol"? Looking at
Sig Sauer p290
kahr p380
First gun. Looking for something small and light that I would actually want to carry around daily. any other suggestions?
Hi-Point 9mm.
>>32823467
Oh, and i'm not poor
>>32823428
DO NOT get the kahr p380. Don't do it.
I own one, love it. But it's just overpriced. It's like a horrible wife I don't want to divorce because it'd be to messy.
Are you one?
>>32823403
You must have been pretty fucking upset to make this.
SAO master race btw
>>32823403
This is going to be a good thread, I just know it.
in other news I dryfired a glawk something a few weeks ago and it was like a fucking lightgun, gross.
Not sure how people extensively shoot them without swapping the trigger imo
Do all striker triggers feel so plasticy and unsatisfying?
>>32823403
I personally don't like most striker fired handguns but who gives a shit if thats what some people prefer
Why wouldnt an AK shoot faster if i just added another spring?
Or take the old wobbly soft one and added a stiffer one?
It cant fall off anyway.
Why am i the one to find a way to increase the rate of fire?
Why hast there been anyone as genius as i am for the last 50 years?
Any other simple brilliant ideas?
The AK does not need a higher rate of fire dingus
>>32823429
Get out
Wouldn't the speed improvement you get when the spring slams the bolt shut be negated by the stiff spring compressing slower when the gases open the bolt? The higher spring forces would act in both ways
Did anyone catch the first two episodes? What's the consensus?
>>32823075
It bothers me how you don't see any leadership people giving them the orders for the clandestine ops they do. for example, in the first episode, Rip is liek, "hey guise, this hadji guy is mean. lets go kill him". Then they all just throw on their kit and go operating.
Where the fuck is the brass? Doesn't somebody high-up have to order or have to approve of the op? I don't understand
>>32823075
Jesus. Another story about ST6?
Why don't they just abolish the navy seals and send them all to Hollywood.
>>32823185
they do whatever they want, i knew an infantry SL that did a combat tour during the iraq surge and he pretty much said they were assholes that would call in for reinforcements and then flee without telling them over comms, leaving regular army infantry to clean up the shitstorm they stirred
Can't hit a damn thing with any of them but I sure do like the way they look
>>32822978
That's why they have an iron sight on them.
It's so you can actually aim instead of hokding it sideways like black people do all the time.
Unless your black of course.
>>32822978
those are some fine rooty tooties u got there pardner
>>32822986
Never tried holding them sideways, just ain't as good as I wish I was.
Hey I'm in canada and I want a semi auto that I can hunt with but also kill a bunch of people if shit hits the fan. I got a budget of 1000 or less. I'm thinking the ruger mini thirty. What are your suggestions?
gargle some dogshit
*Zombies
>>32822845
>but also kill a bunch of people if shit hits the fan
Hello constable.
As far as hunting goes, check with your provincial regulations for big game restrictions. Some provinces won't let you hunt big game with anything less than .23 caliber, making anything in .223/5.56 illegal.
As world tensions start to heat up a serious question is asked. Will you enlist once war is declared. Why or why not? Which branch? Personally I would. I'd probably go Army see if I can fly a chopper.
>>32822736
Only if we fight Russia. Those commies have it coming.
>Tfw the president is bbf with them
