Cold steel 18" Latin machete sharpened with Accusharp
Good outdoor tool?
>>32924339
Only if its razorshop.
>>32924347
It's not a serd, it doesn't have to be that shop.
...this is why /k/ is dying
>90% of this board is autists that know damn well that the tools are well beyond fine for work gun/knife/machete
>despite this, still makes thread asking for justification of buying said weapon
>yeah op great tool
>bomb get OP
>wow op isnt a faggot
stop looking for Acceptance of A TOOL YOU LIKE super nigger double faggot
Why Mikasa not popular as much as Yamato?
Tiny
Asian
Pre-dread.
>>32924326
I have no idea what you're asking but that's certainly a fine example of a pre-dreadnought battleship.
Because the Yamato is massive and ww2 famous, The Russo japan war is not so famous. Mikala is a fine looking ship though, would love to visit it.
You guys aren't gonna fucking believe this shit. I got one hell of a story, boys. This happened last night b-t-dubs.
>sitting in my room, listening to Title Fight with headphones in, it's about 10:00PM
>hear a small shout coming from downstairs, take headphones off
>listen closely, hear nothing
>shrug it off, put earphones back in
>fuck yeah shoegaze
>next thing I fucking know there's a super loud thump sound
>i live alone
>grab 1911, start clearing upstairs rooms
>slowly start creeping downstairs, hear what sounded like some sort of fat old man grumbling and mumbling about his gay grandson
>turn corner, lock eyes with naked crackhead with a crackpipe the size of a fucking dildo stuck in his ass
>mfw
>crackhead banshee screams, start's making Don Vito noises and charges at me
>raise pistol, pull trigger, *click*
>fuck, forgot to rack the slide
>crackhead tackles me and takes his crackpipe out of his ass and smashes it on my head, starts beating my ass
>knocked the fuck out
I woke up to police at my door with crackhead in custody, looked around and I was covered in blood and fecal matter. Turns out crackhead stuck his pipe in his ass because he had severe diarrhea and needed a buttplug of sorts. only broke into my house to find the bathroom, beat my ass, shit on me and then stole my gun and tried to break into someone elses house to use the bathroom 20 minutes later
That's the story of why you keep one in the chamber.
On another note, I'm currently at the hospital trying to find out if I'm gonna get Staph or not
Yup, this is Screencasp worthy
>>32924297
>stuff that never happened
still, include me in the screencap, I raughed
Almost halfway there.

WOOOOAH. LIVIN ON A PRAYER
>>32924117
Singed both, not that I think it will do anything, but I am more than willing to be pleasantly surprised.
>>32925338
We got a weak start on it. The petition started in January but it didn't surface until 2-3 weeks ago. I don't think it will pass but any chance is better than none at all.
So /k/ I am building a simple single shot shotgun but all of the reading material I have has nothing on how to do one of those.
It's absolutely fucking insane. All I want is the desing of the trigger-hammer-chamber, but I cant find it. I have blueprints for full AKs, liberators, M1911 but nothing to fit that. Am I just retarded?
The single shoot I am building is a 12gauge. It would fire both regular 12 gauge bulets and my homemade 12gauge blackpowder shells that I will manufacture.
>>32924091
like this, but bigger.
>>32924256
Where is the trigger? Or it it thumb fire?
Wither way thanks in advance m8.
>>32924091
You know it's way easy to find blueprints for this, right?
so I decide on buying the mosin nagant from classicfirearms for 180 with 20 taken off for the cracked stock, it says it is C&R Eligible so does that mean when I buy it and ship it to my FFL dealer I do no paperwork and just walk out with it? this is my first time buying a gun and I have anxiety so I don't want to spill my fucking spaghetti all over the place when I walk in to get my mosin
what do I do /k/
I don't want to sperg out like a fucking autist and come off as a noguns retard
step by step tutorial please
>take a PTRS rifle point it at your head and pull the trigger
>>32923877
If you have a C&R license, you can have guns shipped to your doorstep without a background check. In your case, you still have to fill out a form 4473.
>>32923877
>, it says it is C&R Eligible so does that mean when I buy it and ship it to my FFL dealer I do no paperwork and just walk out with it?
you only do that if you have a curio and relic license at which point they ship it to your house. no intermediary ffl required.
if you dont have a c&r its treated as a normal gun and you fill out forms at the ffl dealer
>>32923907
alright is there anything I should do specifically when filling out the form like bring my social security number etc?
Any bayonet buffs here?
My father called me and said that he remembers that he has an old bayonet of some kind in the cellar and that I should look for it
He said he thinks its from the Légion étrangère, but after finding it I quickly identified it as an K98 bayonet
Markings are clc 44 and serial number would be E3521
Thats supposedly "Richard A Herder Solingen" and a rare manufacturer, but I'm not sure
I'm def gonna keep it, but is it a especially valuable one or not?
I should add that scabbard and blade are matchig, however the scabbard is pitted and the base of the grip is also heavily pitted
Something about the sheath is odd; the plug that keeps the sheath in the leather frog is on the side rather than in the middle of the wide side. What does it look like on the other side?
That thing on the side is a screw that holds the stuff inside the scabbard that locks the blade in place. Basically just two flat springs
The plug is on the side not shown and it looks like any other K98 plug
Also the serial number is above that plug, albeit very faint
Why do all historically accurate war films have shit direction and generally don't give a fuck?
>Talking to OEF vet
>OMG don't even talk to me about the Hurt Locker
>We used to laugh at that movie
>American sniper was pretty realistic
American sniper was the laziest piece of shit
They green screened a fucking American airbase.
AN AMERICAN AIRBASE.
That's MORE expensive than using the actual thing, it just requires you to put up the effort of flying to Arkansas or whatever.
All the bullet impacts were CGI
Direction was lazy "Get it done" in general, especially the combat.
Don't even get me started on pic related.
Go watch siege of Jadotville.
>climax is 20 minutes of incoherent screaming to the 2 steps from hell discography
>>32922894
Finally someone that actually acknowledges that american sniper was shit.
I felt like I wasted my time, everything was wrong from cast to acting.
Hey /k/, I've noticed on the camo threads that people keep saying that countries that have digital camo have "fallen for the digital camo meme" or whatever. Why do people seem to bash on digital camo? is there some sort of advantage for other camos that digital doesnt have? Is digital camo bad?
Funny because people think that digital camo = pixels. Almost every pattern nowadays is computer generated.
I guess it's mostly caused by woodland's replacement by UCP and so people grew to hate pixelized camos. Shame
>>32922799
Shut the fuck up nigger. Digital camo is pixelated camo retard. No one gives a fuck if it was computer generated, it's because the pixels look like shit and all the retards who switched to it fell for the memes
>>32922832

>>32922745
No. I don't want people like you to have assault rifles, SBSs, SBRs and suppressors.

>>32922753
Hey /k/ does any of you own a Ruger Redhawk in .357 magnum? Do you think it would be good for CC?
3 inch barrel with 8 shots of 357 magnum sounds like it would, but i haven't seen anybody talk about it recently and that's kinda weird. Is there a reason why this firearm is so unpopular?
>>32922700
I really want an eight round Redhawk, but that barrel length is retarded.
Check out these numbers: http://www.ballisticsbytheinch.com/357mag.html
A four inch barrel is the minimum barrel length for 357, and six is honestly the best in terms of performance to overall size and balance.
If Ruger brings this out in the standard Redhawk sizes I will be first on the list for one.
>>32922700
Well, it just came out. I haven't even seen one in any of my local gunshops.
Ballistic data aside, I really like snub nose magnums. No, they aren't ideal, but they have a certain charm. A gun like that will basically last forever, takes common ammo with a wide range of power and applications, and some will think it has a cool factor.
Guns are like cars. In some sense, getting a 14mpg muscle car is kind of dumb, but there's no denying that it's got an appeal.
People haven't been talking about it because it's just been released.
>Do you think it would be good for CC
It weighs over 50 oz. loaded, dude.
So /k/ I was wondering if you could help me out
There is a bird in my neighborhood driving me insane. It's one of these cunts https://youtube.com/watch?v=7oNljd7R1f8 and it wakes me up every morning. Its been doing it for months and now I am ready to kill it. I found out a bb gun should do the trick. It usually perches on the roof of a house across the street from mine. I was wondering if a bb gun handgun would be enough or if I would need a rifle. Also wondering if it's legal to fire bullets at neighboring houses to kill annoying animals.
>>32922545
>killing something because it annoys you
>>32922545
What a peaceful noise.
Dude, how could anyone be annoyed by that sound?
Also, how could you kill a fucking dove?
Is the p38 not one of the sexist pistols ever?
Besides the european mag release.
>can be taken apart with a single hand
>9mm, .380 and 45
>wooden grips
>combat proven
>>32922439
>45
What
>>32922439
Indeed it is. A classic and aesthetically balanced design. The P38 had a lasting legacy in the design of the Beretta 92 series and lives on in the sidearms of soldiers and police across the world today.
The P08 on the other hand is ugly as sin and a mere historical footnote whose design died immediately.
Criminally underrated handgun from both a mechanical perspective and shooting as well. We are using the updated version in the Beretta M9.
Luckily most Germaboos want Lugers instead so market price isn't too bad.
I will never be able to legally own a select fire AK. Fuck my life.
two words: black market
>>32922476
Hypothetically, how likely is it to get arrested?
>>32922390
What? You totally can, it'll just take a few years and a lot of money. Or move to Somalia
What round is this, /k/? It has markings G.L. and 53 on the rim
Post base of round and timestamp
>>32922327
it might be a .50 bmg case necked down to .223, but I don't know
>>32922327
It's as good as a shoop until you post the base and markings with a timestamp.
