Why are insurgences so little contundent? I mean, your typical insurgency in Bumfuckistan kill 2-3 soldiers in one attack. But why no hide a couple of BM21 in a garage or something anf then one night erase an entire base? Or a bunch of Iglas and then go near an airport to take down cargo planes.

Well, my tax return is coming in, and I need to get my first gun. Most of my return is spoken for, but I've got a few hundred to play with.
Shop near me has Makarovs for 260, and I could get a shit ton of ammo, or a used .357.

I carry a P64.
I love mine but it is a terrible first handgun. The recoil is snappy and will encourage flinching in a new shooter. If you want a 9×18 pistol then buy a bulgarian makarov.

MOA refers to minute of angle. A good shorthand is that for every 100 yards 1 MOA is approximately 1 inch. So a .25 MOA adjustment is going to move your point of aim a quarter of an inch in that direction at 100 yards.
Get gud at shooting at 100 yards first with irons.

my problem is scopes,
i was told for new long range shooters like me i want .25 MOA increments, and then 2 more people tell me i want 1 inch increments and then i started a debate i didn't mean to start at my LGS, so i more or less 360 moonwalked out the store

The reason there are not guns in RPGs; you can't do anything fun with them.
The standard ranged RPG character is an archer. They get to do all sorts of things with their bow. Flame arrow, Explosive arrow, Frozen arrow, Split arrow.
Make is modern or even futuristic - the soldier gets to shoot their gun... that is about it. Any cool gameplay mechanic the user is going to experience is going to be some equipment or a different gun, or a different type of ammunition. Not a cool skill or ability that their player has.
Prove me wrong.
TL;DR: Name cool skills / abilities you can do with a firearm.
