Or you can buy a book if those don't help.

Perhaps you should take pictures before and during disassembling if you're not sure how your firearm works.

seen both of those. It's hard to see the small details. I got stuck where he put the spring into the "little slot" in the second. Couldn't see well enough.
I should've but my father and I were doing it together and I thought he would remember. Didn't end up being able to reassemble for over a month.

for 8$ I may as well just get the book. useful anyways.
Was visiting my gf's family for the eclipse and her aunt pulled these out because she thought I'd appreciate them. Does anyone know what the patches are for? Her family didn't know.

>decide to check out local gun store
>ask to see new generation S&W M&P
>ride slide back slowly when working action to be respectful
>gun store owner grabs gun from hand
>" god damn it boy, you gotta work dem like this!"
>proceeds to violently pull slide back and led it slam forward with a horrible "kachunk" sound
I shudder to think some of the abuse these "brand new" guns have undergone before someone buys them

This.
>>34988694
It's not fine china faggot.
No need to baby a firearm that is, by design, meant to handle an explosion every time it functions.
ever think o being an old timey detective?
>>34988606
No, because old timey "detective" would be in modern terms:
>An actual detective in the police force
Or...
>hired goon who beats people up and guards shit for a living
Both sound fun and passionate careers but I got my life set for me.
>>34988636
I'd suggest no one to work in private security. It's boring as fuck and the autism levels of both colleagues and administration are out of the roof.
Sure, when you live in a country with 20% unemployment it's better than nothing, but eh.
>>34988606
still plenty of work for PIs
Sup /k/. I recently purchased one of these SOG Kiku fixed blades as a one up to my friend who owns a buck reaper. I've done research but it seems like a very grey area of whether this would be legal carry in Pennsylvania or not. What do you think?

cant seem to find where to buy a 20" 458 socom barrel and what kind of wood this 870 stock is
>>34988172
That's a Jesse James SBR with a Walnut Burl stock, that's 2" shorter than normal. Probably not something you can just order online
I asked the same question for the 458 and the .50 beo. Don't you worry young anon, you'll have plenty of ballisticians answering questions you never asked.
You didn't know the current trend is towards short barrels? Did you also know that you are retarded?

This is the worst weapons related thing ive read besides trayboons amendment
My mother died recently. I took a month off from work to come back to M* and get her house ready for sale.
I packed up the items my sister and I cherished, got them ready to ship and took care of the property. I mowed the lawn, watered the plants and decided to weed the overgrown property adjoining the house on our West.
An honest-to-God Saudi came out of his place -Turban and all- and started to scream at me as I took down the weeds/plants from his side of the fence infesting my side of the fence.
He kept screaming "Sharmuta!" at me. (Arabic for "Whore".) I kept chopping his shitty weeds from my yard.
As I killed his Dogwood growing through MY fence, I heard two loud POPs and looked up. He had fired two rounds from a Glock at me, missing both times and screamed, "Sharmuta!" again.
I drew my Springfield 1911 from my back and aimed into his yard's dirt and fired a round. He ran off. I called 911 right then.
The cops never showed. I'm sitting in my childhood room with my pistol pointed at this Arab's house, waiting for him to strike again because I cut the dogwood tree he let grow in my mom's yard without police backup.
im alone here guys
>>34987275
What the hell is wrong with you? You had a perfect opportunity to shoot a Wahhabiist, and you let it go to waste!
>>34987275
Why did you not kill him?! The 1911 was made exactly for the purpose of killing uppity mudslimes
>>34987275
You should have killed that sandnigger right then and there. I would relish the opportunity to pop a haji.
>live in Texas
>delivering packages for work
>neighbor has their dogs unleashed
>2 huge labs that reach my waist
>they lunge at me snapping but dont bite me
>left my gun in the car
Hypothetically if they did bite me and I shot them how much shit would I be in?
Would it have been worse if I was on their property?
I didn't know the atf was a delivery service too
I thought the ATF already trained you for this...
>>34986729
ATF shoots first and asks questions later
>best collection of generals in human history
>industrial powerhouse
>controlled most of world's cotton
>basically on the brink of the mass production of cartridge based weapons
>started rolling out Ironclads when the entire global population was using wood
Could the United States had conquered the world in the 1860s if they weren't fighting over negros? Would have prevented two world wars, the cold war, and communism.
>>34986648
>Would have prevented two world wars, the cold war, and communism.
No nation on this earth can contain the Germans' desire to ruin everything they touch.
They were using blimps as observation platforms with morse-code. Vicksburg was trench warfare. Even German train timetable warfare had its infancy in Union tactics.
The U.S. was so far ahead of the times its ridiculous.
>>34986648
>Could the United States had conquered the world in the 1860s
no. Europe is too big. we didn't have the man power to do it. However we could have totally ruled the seas. We were also the first to have a successful submarine and reliable repeating arms.
Americans did have the best navy in the world by the 1890s.
we probably could have forced the world into paying us protection money to roam the oceans.

The problem is, I'd probably never forgive myself for the shit I'd have to obey from my superiors as I worked my way up the chain of command.

>promptly fired
I don't believe in any conspiracy theories relating to Kurt Cobain's death. No one killed Kurt but Kurt himself. I do have one question though and I'm hoping /k/ can answer it. According to interviews, Kurt Cobain's head was intact and not even deformed. How does someone shoot themselves in the head with a 20 gauge and still have a head?
>>34986414
First off, how did he reach the trigger, secondly there's not much spread at the end of the muzzle.
>>34986426
he used his big toe to pull the trigger then put his shoes back on
>>34986414
He used birdshot
