Homless /k/ommando sationed in az here.
Anyone else have homeless /k/ experience? I enjoy walking around alone pretending i'm playing dayz. Unfortunately i haven't found any abandoned infrastructure to loot (not gonna break into owned homes) but i do get a lot of time spent inna desert. I had a little propane burner to cook things but it got stolen when i was at work one day (my fault for not hiding it enough during that single incident). So now i start small fires but i hate the smell of smoke so i dont do it often. It'd be nice to build some type of generator for energy and i could cook with electricity but im afraid of it getting damaged or stolen while im away.
So how about a survival/experience thread while being half integrated with society?
By the way im getting an sr22 soon.

CA, NJ, MA, NY, and CT. From one of these states? GET IN HERE! Not from one of these states? GET IN HERE ANYWAY!
NJfag here. Bought my first gun last week after a bit of research. I chose the Savage Arms MSR15 Patrol rifle and I really like it! It fires fine with no issues, is very accurate, and shoots both .223REM and 5.56. I have no issues with the rifle itself - it's great!
However, my state laws are completely fucked.
>Stock is pinned because adjustable and folding stocks are illegal here.
>Mags are pinned because we have a 15-round limit on our mags.
>Only allowed 2 attachments, but the stock counts as one - so you're really only allowed one attachment unless you forgo your stock.
Other issues I have with my state's gun laws:
>Carry permits are only granted to LEOs
>Denial of carry permits goes on your record and delays/restricts future gun purchases
>Equal Force self-defense laws make it illegal to protect your home with a gun if your assailant is not armed with a gun.
>ARs and AKs cannot be used for home defense AT ALL
What's your gripe with your gun-fucked state? How do we change the current state of things to get our rights back without resorting to violence? Which less-fucked states are you interested in moving to?
Those of you NOT from the aforementioned states, help us get out of the gun-fucked states. What state do you live in? Why are the gun laws so great? What sort of industries are hiring around you?
