>Owing to the large inventory of Main Battle Tanks in the US and NATO allied countries, China's People's Liberation Army has reportedly been attempting to increase its numbers of Anti-Tank missile carrying vehicles. Infantry Fighting Vehicles and Armored Personnel Carriers have been re-purposed as makeshift 'tank-destroyers' in the PLA.
>This has occurred while Norinco's production of China's MBT, the Type 99, is set to slow down in successive years.
They've fucking given up on tanks and are just strapping rockets to shit. Are we sure China is 1st world?
>>33582569
>First world
China has never been buddies to the US
Okay maybe in the 80s but America should've never interfere with their domestic policies.
>>33582569
In what fucking dimension would US an co. ever war with China with tanks?
It's all aircraft, missiles, and cyber attacks.
If OP isn't being a faggot, then China is being retarded or just going full military industrial complex (just wasting money so some lobby profits).
Sounds like China is using NATO as an excuse to build up a military to counter Russia. If there's one country China could possibly fight against that uses mass amounts of tanks, it'll be as they're invading Russia.
Trump lied about everything so far. So looks like he might have allied with China, and target Russia instead.
So my girlfriend just casually joked about stabbing me.
Do any of you know how to make a stab-proof vest or anything similar?
>>33582077
No anon youre suppose to then joke about stabbing her
But with your benis
>>33582077
It's cool. People get threatened all the time. You just have to make threats back or do something to see what happens next.
>innapark
>friend in the Porto-pot
>says if I pull shit he'll throw this urinal cake at me
>tell him I'll stab his ass if he does it
>I kick the side of it
>he throws the urinal cake when he gets out
>I draw my knife and give it a good throw
>misses by 6 inches and land blade down in the dirt
Make threats in return, and follow through with them if the initial one is followed through with.
>>33582077
Stab proof vests are now all obsolete because some guy in Germany made a YouTube video.
>OMINOUS DRUM ROLL AND DRUM BEATS
>Suddenly you see heavily armed and armored enemy soldiers (who may or may not yell at you in Russian, or just shout profanities at you) appear and start advancing towards you, armed with LMGs guns blazing
>Must act fast before these heavily armed and armored units kill you
Whether you're a proffessional soldier or some wild loud mouth insurgent/militia-unit, what do /k/?
Or are you fucked in this situation?

Where do I find an AR15 A2 style upper receiver under $200, I'm trying to do an M16 build but i dont want to spend $500-$600 dollars on a full upper
>>33581836
If you want absolute budget, look for Del-ton or DPMS A2 upper receivers. If you want quality, Rock River Arms.
Mind you these are just like your picture. The receiver with the sights, forward assist, and ejection port dust cover installed already, nothing else. No barrel, no BCG, no charging handle, etc.

>>33581913
this is where I bought mine, but there was a sale going on so I got the parts kit and stripped upper for $160 or so
Anyone here want to take him up on it?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOQKhUYDPos
>>33581703
But he's (partially) right.
If you have roughly the same barrel length and you have good self defense .357 and good self defense 9mm the 9mm is outclassed.
However that goes from being an argument of engineering to a philosophical argument
Are six rounds of epic better than twelve or more of great?
Why not both? Or a revolver and a semi auto backup piece?
The argument is stupid and flimsy as it all falls back to the words "I feel safest" and that honestly can be smashed with the argument that simply having a gun is better than no gun at all, thus it winds up being a moot point to even do this...
Also, I'd do it but it would be more than a year off because of work, and problematic because I'd be biased (I also like revolvers)
>>33581703
this stupid faggot douchebag needs to fucking die.
fuck this fucking douchebag
>>33581815
So, we have a taker?
>Average FAL shoots 3MOA
I love the FAL but why the fuck is it so inaccurate.
Because it doesn't matter where you hit someone, you only have to hit them once with REAL FUCKIN' NATO
>>33581525
Better than an SKS.
>>33581543
>3MOA
>300yd thats a 9 inch spread
pretty good chance of missing if you are off of your mark by a small margin.
What would establishing a safe zone in Southern Syria look like?
What exact locations would they zone off in Southern Syria?
>>33581491
Put it in the Golan Heights
:^)
>>33581491
Could dump all 'Palestinians' from the West Bank and Gaza in there too, thereby solving two of the regions major problems and allowing Israel to take back what is rightly theirs.

Which magazines should I get for my SKS, Tapco or ProMag?
Steel promags are more aesthetic.
rifle is fine
>>33581338
Steel mags are heavy and i hear tepco mags are a bit more reliable. All are less reliable than the stock box and unless you do the bolt mod, you will not be able to quickly swap mags.
Give me pictures of guns that look like future-tech. I'm including those modern octagonal looking revolvers.

>thanks Mr. Sawyer
.45 AARP vs. 9 millimemer. Which do you use?
>>33580882
Both.
.45s are fun an 9mms are convenient.
And when the HPA passes I'll buy a .45 that I don't have to custom load for to use suppressed.
>>33580882
.40 or .357
Ten millimeter automatic.
Thoughts on this blade?
The sykes-fairbairn is a combat standard. The handles are uncomfortable, and the blade is only good for stabbing or slitting throats. I'd collect an original, but I wouldn't carry one.
Hmm....yep, looks like a knife to me. Probably used for stabbing or cutting things.
>>33580860
best fighting knife ever designed. Could be improved with a full length tang and a more ergonomic handle, though.
So I'm in a pawn shop, and see this for $250 and think "Hey! Two mags with finger extensions, a factory box with accessories, and it's pretty clean and free of rust! Surely all those /k/ommandoes who have warned to never get a Huahue gun are just being autistic, it cant be that bad! WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG??"
Then I get it to a range where every 3rd shot or so, the top cartridge in the mag would engage the slide lock on firing, jamming the slide open.
And if that didn't happen, the magazine would become slightly disengaged, probably from my thumb brushing against it when firing, also rendering the firearm inoperable until I reseat the mag and cycle the slide.
