Winchester brand Winchester in 30-30 Winchester is most Winchester that you can Winchester.
>>33656507
What do you think so far op? I want a 357 lever but I hate the Henry loading system. Much prefer a gate like my Marlin 45-70.
>>33656671
Win 94s are aesthetic as fuck
>>33657079
Fit and finish on the Henry is fantastic and their actions are silky smooth right out of the box.
Having had a few of both styles of levergat -- gate and tube --, I can say that it really doesn't matter to me. The Henry loading system is clumsy and slow at first, but once you practice with it a bit it can actually be superior to a loading gate in some ways. I can load and unload a Henry a lot faster than a Marlin or Winchester...buuuuut I can't top off a Henry as quickly, which is the downside.
It depends on what you want. You can find Rossi-made 92s for good prices and used Marlins for good prices, you've just gotta look. I found this Henry on the Cabela's used gun rack for like $450.
What sort of operating mechanism would a bolter use?

Where the fuck are all the Lebel rifles? Where are all the French WWI rifles in general? Did they never get imported? You can find just about any Mauser variant, Enfield or Mosin with out much of a problem. But finding a Lebel for a good price is so hard. 3,500,000 were made and I WANT ONE.
>>33656132
>3.5 million were made
And most were consumed in the war(s).

>Did they never get imported?
They got imported in the 1920s and 1950s.
>You can find just about any Mauser variant, Enfield or Mosin with out much of a problem.
You can find just about any Lebel variant too, you just have to be willing to pay for it.

Or were/are being bought up by Battlefield 1 fags.
>tfw can't find a Steyr M95 long rifle anywhere
Can anyone tell me what these two guns are?
>>33655801

I think history in general should've stayed with the sword in some way.
Imagine, the Sword Gun. Not a sword that has a gun, but an actual gun or cannon that shoots longswords. Imagine if planes were equiped with this technology, shooting sabers at one another, or a hand cannon that shoots rapiers. Satellite controlled boomerang swords, drone-controlled swords.
Bitches love sword cannons and Machine swordguns
OP is a faggot.
Immediately thought of this
OP is a massive faggot
If Jesus had a gun this would have never happened. Speakimg of which, what gun would Jesus most likley have if modern gins were available at this time?

Nope. We just put a fixed stock and remove the flash hider for a comp.
Then we attach a kydex grip wrap and say bye bye to the bullet button. Is it stupid? Yes, but not as bad as they say.
someone gave me a bersa 380 thunder. my first handgun. lately when i take it to the range it jams a couple times. no real trouble clearing it, but i've never cleaned it so i figure it's time. i youtube'd how to field strip it, so i got that part.
going to academy in a little bit. what should i buy to clean it /k/?
>>33654657
>i've never cleaned it
Put it away and never touch a firearm again until you learn how they work and how to maintain them. Fucking idiot.
Stick the firing pin into your peehole to clean that.
What kind of jam, FTE, FTF, Strawberry?

Here's a club for beating shit.
Also, we use capital letters here. Read rule #2.
Now git out.
Turns out Layman decided to make thier snowflake dieset and a convedsion pmate will cost more than the press. Nice.
At least I'm set if I ever want to load .222 remington.
Anyway, other than my dissapointments, how are you guys getting along with reloading?
waiting for my mark 7 to get here
>>33654493
An automated reloading system? Nice. I'm guessing you shoot IPSC?
what's the best place to start to get into reloading?
I got a 45 colt revolver recently, and the cost per round savings are too much to pass up
Hino Komuro pistol
Blow forward, tug the barrel forward to cock it, can be cocked one handed by flicking your wrist just right.
Aesthetic as fuck imo too, top tier Japshit. Would unironically give the blue prints to a gunsmith and pay him to custom build me one.

The one, the only. Between 1971 and 1979 the most powerful production autoloader in the world.

funny, I thought this yesterday. I can't realistically understand how blow forward could ever work but apparently it did.
Farquhar Hill Rifle is up there.

It's alright.

For $300
>>33653619
I think it's a good introduction to semi auto center fire rifles.
Not to hard to take apart and put together.
If you slip or fuck it up visually it's not a big deal.
Unless it's a Russian, those if in great shape should be taken care of ... in America that is.
How would combat on Mars be handled? I've been thinking about this and I think the biggest issue is the dust which would get everywhere and foul up systems. I'd assume that Martian guns would have to have loose tolerances like that of an AK with parts you can quickly swap out if they get gunked up or overheat too much due to the lack of strong air pressure allowing for quick dissipation of heat like on earth.
>>33653430
Katanas
>>33653430
Just nuke them from orbit. Wait for the dust to settle. Wallah.
>>33653446
Well if nukes aren't an option since every powerful nation on Mars would have them, I'd assume ground combat would occur.
How do we get our military to stop posting nudez?
>>33653386

Stop letting women in.
Are western troops taught to destroy their weapons before surrendering?
>>33653337
Proof all women are attention whores.
>>33653337
I've read a few books of snipers taking their bolts out when they think they'll be overrun.
