That's what I think, also the velocity out of a rifle barrel interests me more than the concealability of a pistol.

And since suppressors and extended mags are not regulated, it makes more sense to me.

As long as you can move it. That's enough supplies to hold out. You should also have the normal food for daily life, that does account for a few days. So just have your plans. From natural disasters to Chinese invasion. Seems fine to me. Just continue to consider what you would do for continued water needs and any electric needs like phones and shit.

I have a pretty serious anxiety disorder and while I've been pretty on top of it for the last little while, this last week has been a bit rough and now some stuff has come up that'll make my weekend just that much more stressful, and I'm somewhat worried that I'm headed for an anxiety attack or something again, and I haven't had one in months. I use those howard leight foam plugs, the multicolour ones, and howard leight razors. Combined they work pretty damn well desu.

Foam ear plugs are better than ear muffs. Once you learn how to properly use them, they have a much higher rating.
You can always wear ear muffs over ear plugs. It will increase the protection but not as much as expected. Its more incase the ear muffs get knocked around or dont fit quite right.

With $200 to spend the best thing to do is get a box of good foam ear plugs and which every set of electronic ear muffs you want. Then wear the plugs under the muffs and just crank the volume so that you can still hear normal.
