Dearest /k/, what is the single, definitive, all time best zombie apocalypse undead disposing melee weapon? please leave your weapon of choice and brief reasons why.
I would argue it is the humble home and garden variety hatchet. Reliable with a little extra reach, not too heavy, and common enough to find one easily, its also a good survival wilderness tool. Prove me wrong/right
A Falx my man. Dat leverage
shits gonna get stuck, and you will get tired.
Considering all it would take is a spatter of zombie blood in your eye or mouth to turn you, They're all pretty retarded.
That said, get a kaiser blade.
A few days ago HK started to build a factory in Georgia. This very likely means that they will build all the funs that we've been wanting to have. Probably new MP5's, G36's, shit even a civilian MP7 with an arm brace could be built and sold here. Don't get me wrong, it will all be overpriced, but atleast we will have the opportunity to buy them.
>>33913123
Just out of curiosity, have they actually purchased ground an shit yet?
I'm still waiting on my Radom made shit.
All I wanted was a fucking good American manufactured AK.
>>33913123
No way you're getting G36's, MP7s won't sell here unless it's in some shit like 9mm and the only think even 25% likely would be an MP5. Guaranteed to be a shit because 'muh usa'
how many years until we get some stuff
On a preemptive attack scenario, is there any way to neutralize North Korea artillery that currently has Seul as hostage?
>>33912420
Probably

Deploy whatever that land-based CIWS gun was called that shoots down rockets/arty/mortars to at least reduce the number of shells on target, counter with own arty, naval bombardment, bombs.
>>33912420
Same problematic like the first gulf war. Set up and all will be just fine.
What the hell were they thinking?

Thinking that tanks were supposed to be land battleships, literally WWI tier thinking. But also it was so people who were desigining shit would be conscripted and send to eastern front, this is also why you can see so many bullshit desings of some super nazi jets that never came to be. People knew war is gonna be over soon so instead of getting send to front to be killed for no reason they were making bullshit desings
>you can't send to die from the hands of slavs and my family raped!
>look at this cool jet im designing, it will change the outcome of war!

Where would small arms technology be right now if we didn't have all these anti SHALL laws?
This thread is not for railguns and laser stuff. What gun tech would we have today if it hadn't been strangled in the womb by regulations?
Daily reminder that urbanites should not be allowed to vote.
Suppressors would be probably 50 years ahead of what we have now.
Probably F/A recoil mitigation would be more advanced.
Cartridges optimized for shorter and shorter rifle barrels (.300blk?)
The Frag12 was never good. They were too firecracker-tier to be worth their weight.
Honestly I dont think technology would be that different. The only real change I think there would be is that integral suppressors would be p much standard on civilian firearms, since there really no reason not to. Perhaps with unrestricted barrel lengths we might have sorted out SBR ARs in the 80s/90s, rather than having to wait until the 2000s for them to not be keyholing garbage.
Everyone would have a full auto suppressed armor piercing pdw

Is this a normal about of wiggle for moonclips? I bought a Ruger LCR 9mm and all the moon clips fit more or less like this. I know I need to practice more, but the wiggle makes it pretty difficult to reload. Did I get some crap ones or am I'm being a wimpy bitch about this?
There's going to be some play in them. When you load them, gently squeeze all the rounds toward the center. As you drop the clip (inb4 magazine) let the curve of the bullets guide them into the chambers.

To add to this guy, that slop is what makes them usable. Your cylinder will still position the cartridges where they need to be.

My friend argues that he would take 2 women to every 1 man in an army.
Also said technology can fill in for weaknesses that women have
Is he right?
>>33910490
women aren't made to be inna military
>>33910506
Thats pretty sexist tho.
Lets assume they are.
100 men vs 200 women. Are women better?
>>33910490
>Also said technology can fill in for weaknesses that women have
He is correct that technology could bring a woman up to par with her male counterpart, but if you gave that same tech to the male then she would be left in the dust. Plus, technology fails and should never be used as a crutch, lest it become a liability. If your powered exoskeletons shit the bed, the male could take the bergen off it and still ruck, but I'm not convinced that the majority of females could do the same.

First off I got a pair of M91/30's that have been doing little more than gathering dust the past couple years. I still have the bayonets hiding somewhere so you can properly pound it into the ground as a fence post, pole vault, whatever strikes your fancy.
First one is a pretty generic wartime model, a 1943 Ivhevsk with the usual drunken machining and rather scattered stamping. All the numbers match or at least were forced matched. Looking to get 175 + shipping OBO.
I'd like an SKS.
I don't care if it's Russian, Hungarian, Yugo- whatever slavshit country it came from.
If it's Chinese, it can't be any of that new import trash.
I do care if it's got a polymer stock, detachable mags, or a missing bayonet. I don't want any of that shit. Gimme a good ol' wooden stock, integral magazine, attatched pokey bit.
I'm not looking to spend more than 400 burgerbucks, but if it's in great fucking shape I'll consider 450.
Located in NC.

The second Mosin is kind of a strange one and the picture will make that apparent. It's a 1935 Ivhevsk in clean condition but with a really odd stock, never been able to identify it's origin but it's just a hair longer than normal and has an unusual high comb.
Looking to get 190+shipping OBO.

So are cutlasses just the shittiest swords ever made?
Hardly, they're just made for a specific purpose
I really want an antique smallsword but I've got car brakes to replace and a new pc to build
>>33902328
Swords are practical if you have the training.
>>33902328
No cutlasses are fucking awesome, but were used on ships. On land, sabers and broadswords were typically used.
>lifts gun
>It doesn't make clicking noises
someone should make a compilation video of various unnecessary weapon noises in cinema
Mine does. RAMIs are known to have tic tac mags. No idea why.
My P89 did. Then I fixed the barrel link and it doesn't anymore unless I disassemble it.
