How do I start a collection like this!? I'm genuinely curious!?

Ask you're momma, she nows all about big ass dildos.

Literally not that hard, they sell them at shows and surplus stores.

PSA: Ammo recall on Barnes 300 weatherby 180 grain due to being fitted with the wrong calibre projectile, may cause case serious injury if mods could sticky for a short while this would be appreciated as this is a serious safety concern.

How new are you? Mods will only sticky that stupid fucking politics reminder that says we can't talk about gun laws.
>>34070963
I was hoping they can because this kind of stuff can seriously maul/kill people, they even say it in the PSA.
Any European with Experience of getting a gun license here? I need help.
I want to get a license to own firearms but i am too poor to sign up to a shooting club and shoot there regulary as a sports shooter.
So what i am trying to do is get a collectors license which does not require signing up for a gun club and in the long run can help me get my hands on better weapons that you can't get with a sports shooting license.
The issue is that if my application gets rejected i will be banned from ever owning firearms so i need a good argument to come across as a collector. Under rules it says that the candidate must show interest in collecting firearms. So my idea was to apply for a 1860 colt muzzle loader and tell them that i am into old weapons.
>>34070772
What country you dumb nigger? You might want to narrow it down, Europe is a continent fyi
>>34070794
Slovenia. We have surprisingly strict gun laws and firearms are really expensive here considering how little our wages are.
>>34070772
>come over as a gun lover/collector
>no experience handling weapons
>no money to sign up for shooting range
>no money to expand or even start collection
Sounds like a great plan, I'm sure you'll convince everyone that you should be able to get a gun
Starting a gun range in the Midwest. Already have a solid business plan and EPA environmental sustainability plan. All my partners and I need now is the funding. If anyone here can offer any advice/input on running a range/what you guys would like to have access to I'd appreciate it. Also if anyone wants to invest that'd be tits.

any of you vets/minorities/disabled/vet or some combination of the four? programs out there to help you start a business. if none of you fall into those categories, THEN LIE!

So, am I to believe that this gets issued to riot cops when they no longer care about casualties?
>filename thread
http://www.trueswords.com/antipersonnel-tactical-riot-sheath-p-6805.html
>>34070711
If they no longer care about casualties, why wouldn't they just start shooting?
>>34070714
Well, maybe they don't care about killing the rioters, but they don't want to hurt any "innocents" by over-penetrating through the rioters and into the crowded bystanders beyond; in fact, they may really want to drive home their message of "not fucking around" by viciously butchering the rioters in close combat while onlookers look on. Also, the axes don't consume expensive ammunition, and, thereby, save money; you could say they really chop expenses.
>>34070714
There's a primal satisfaction in beating the hell out of someone with a melee weapon.
ITT we post oddly aesthetically pleasing guns. Guns that aren't typically with aesthetics, but you think look cool.
Pic related, British XL60 prototype. It's so... slender. Most bullpupsuccessful look back heavy, but not the XL60.
>>34070648
How the hell did Britain manage to fuck up the AR-18?

Fucking hell autocorrect botched that.

STG 57. It's so fucking ugly, it comes around again and becomes attractive.
All right so in >>34057814 we talked about create a Boy Scout type organization for /k/ommandos.
How would /k/ do it? We decided Traveler, Bandit, 2nd Operator, 1st Operator, Ranger, Stalker, and Kommando as the ranks. So what about uniforms, supplies, activities, and organization?
>Traveler
Know basic rifle skills and basic innawoods tier shit like knot tying and fire starting
>Bandit
do first overnight camping trip, begin shooting semi-auto rifles, learn first aid
>2nd Operator
Learn more advanced outdoor skills like shelter making and other retarded shit they should already have figured out, begin pistol shooting, and learn constructing fortifications
>1st operator
learn tactical movement, spend their first night in the woods by themselves, and start learning things like blacksmithing and welding
>ranger
learn /o/ tier skills, long range shooting, advanced survival skills, and take the kids hunting
>stalker
have them take a longer shooting skills training to really test their knowledge, spend at least 72 hours innawoods by themselves, learn about trapping and tracking, and advanced medical skills
>kommando
A three day long test of all the skills they've learned
Just a general idea of what rank-up requirements could be
>>34070615
Tbh im just glad someone liked my idea (i originally proposed this set of ranks)
Uniforms are probably going to involve flecktarn or a woodland camo is any way. Im not going to put specifics on that, but something that can easily be standardized. Also, identification would be important. Having the official
/k/ badge on the upper torso, wether it be on right shoulder sleeve or over the left breast.
Its hard to come up with specifics though.
>No trap identification merit badge
>third rank isnt nuggeteer
>No skinwalker defense award
3.5/10 Effort was made

This thread is for things you want to post but don't want to make a thread for by itself.

was just about to start a "random /k/ related" thread for the gif I just made.
Just finished the movie. Practicing this flair before bed.

If you could conceal a full-size or compact pistol, what would you pick?
GF has small hands though so keep that in mind.
Pic maybe related, although a 45 is a bit much.
>>34070363
>>34070363
Glock 17
>>34070363
Myself and a few other anons conceal p30s daily with ease. The side and rear grip panels are interchangeable if the medium size ones that come on it are too big. It also has a nylon buffer around the recoil spring if controlling recoil is an issue. You may experience some issues with 115 grain plinking ammo within the first 300 rounds if you have a tendency to limp wrist. The HK45ct that you posted would also be a good choice. I've always found that I notice 9mm recoil to be worse than 45, but I've only shot 45 in a 1911 and a glock 21 so ymmv. Either way, good luck with your purchase.
Any of you fucks awake? Can you top Charlton Heston's arsenal? NO.
>>34070362
Quite possibly.
No one will ever know because there were no pictures ever posted of Mr. Heston's collection.
>>34070362
I dont see drones, lasers, microwaves, magnetic or sonic weapons...
Old man cant top shit. He belongs in the 20th century
>>34070362
Still...this shit is pretty impressive. ..allegedly...guy had cash and loved guns.
Does .308/7.62x51 ice pick at close distances (say 10-15 feet and 20-30 feet) or is it pretty much good to go? Never fired a .308 really don't know.
Pic unrelated but it is the Scranton strangler.
>>34070222
what is ice-pick? Nice trips
>>34070222
>>34070222
I don't know what you mean by icepick?
308 will kill man and beast at any distance from the muzzle out to 1000 yards, if you can hit that far. Does that answer your question?
I'm a machinist and i'm looking to make my own Bolt Action, Many say that the Mauser K98 has the best design. Does anyone know where i can source plans or schematics to replicate one?
>Takes decades to develop
>Millions of dollars
Some faggot things he can just whip one up because "machinist"
>>34070169
do you want to know how I know you're a lying high schooler that wants to be spoonfed "schematics" to keep in your edge folder next to your pastebin copy of the anarchists cookbook
Just fucking buy a surplus Mauser. They're still available.

YOU LOSE YOU LOSER
>>34069902
good night, guys.
if any of you grow a pair and wants to fight, you know where i live.
Rifles should not have long barrels. 20-22 inches is about right. Any longer than that, and the rifle will be too heavy and cumbersome. The velocity you gain from a longer barrel is not enough to make a difference. The deer will be just as dead. Some people think that a short barrel is less accurate. This is fuddlore that comes from the fact that old guns did shoot better with longer barrels because they had longer sight radius. Actually, a short barrel is more accurate because it is stiffer.
>>34069755
Better velocity and a better sight radius (negated by optics usage i guess) makes a better long range gun over all.
The velocity, depending on the cartridge and powder used, can make a men cartridge into a ridiculously flat shooting laser, hence longer barrels improving accuracy.
You want to maximize the energy from your propellant
More powder to burn, or a slow burning mix, requires a longer barrel
But if your barrel is long enough that your propellant has ceased to add energy to your projectile, it's useless
>>34069828
Which is why it gets pointless around the 20" area.
I honestly think 18" is about the best balance for most cartridges.
But then I've also never made an in depth study of this shit so take that for what you will.
Lightweight, collapsible stock that fits tight.
Is this the only option /k/?
