Hey men,
I'm looking to dump my funs to fund degenerate hobbies. What is the best way to do this without getting mugged?
I already to know to expect a flood of "muh bottom dollar" and "muh outboard motor" texts but my google voice number is already tied up with my other degenerate hobby. How can I get another?
>>34039817
do what all the other degenerates do, take them to the pawn shop.
Buy a $15 burner phone from walmart.
How retarded would it be using RIP ammo for self defense? Is there any other specialty ammo that's better for self defense?
what should I write on my helmet?
>>34034799
>you should see my other helmet
$5 Blow-jobs
"FRONT TOWARDS ENEMY" on the front

Like I said I'm pretty sure correct ammo selection completely resolves any concerns for achieving terminal velocity. if you're really autistic/poor you might be turned off by the idea of having to stockpile $2.00/round gucci ammo for your go to gun but that's not me.

This is like the Wargame series except in real life.
based Michelin man has a pretty good youtube channel with slo-mo technologies
also he has that delta black ops super operator warfighter background and now he eats as many burgers as he wants murica
he should be an icon around here but u guys dont like him- let me know why!
I like him only for the reason that he is able to showcase rare slavshit like the AEK-971 / AN-94 etc
>>34075715
He's got some cool slow mode shit on his channel, but his actual real life persona comes off kinda douchey
>>34075715
>arrogant douche
>has no redeeming qualities not shared by less douchey people
>>34075783
based Ian does the same. In more detail. Without being a douche.
Does /k/ have a safe room?

You're not serious, are you?
>lurk moar newfa-
I ASKED YOU FUCKING QUESTION
>>34075647
The pay depends on where you work. They tend to make decent money but it all depends.
I visited the tank museum in Munster this week. Anyone interested in some pics of that place?
yes

Go for it.

considering the cost of a decent tube and the tools I'd need to do it (I don't even own a vice), is it really worth it to free float my 16" AR? I already have a pretty nice stainless barrel. Does free floating really make a difference at practical/combat shooting distances?
>>34074895
>>34074972
at what range is this though, and out of what barrel?
>>34074895
If you're trying to get more accuracy, or built the rest of the gun with accuracy as a goal, of course.
If you bought a prebuilt M4/M16 clone and are having a good time, probably not.
It isn't necessarily hard to do though.
Is the new FAMAS?
Seburo MN23?

My first thought
Now I'm wondering if it's an air gun?
I dont know why, but this shit is fucking aesthethic. Weird/alternative vehicles thread?
This one is great as well

I hate that I love this aesthetic so much.
Here's my situation.
I have a lot of land with tall grass (estimate 3-4ft tall) in some places, fairly thick woods in patches in other. One long car trail going through the property is the most visible it gets. Routinely I see and hear grass moving like I'm being watched or stalked. Boar have been sighted out there, but apparently a contingent of predator cats and coyotes are there too. I need a gun that's powerful enough to put down anything quickly. However, I would like this gun to be accurate out to 400m for when I go to range fun times (i can shoot steel targets there) basically, I want to be able to react to the possibility of getting suprised, or at least get the jump on anything that could possibly hurt me.
>>34073649
7.62 ar ?
>>34073693
X39 or x51?
>>34073649
So basically, you want a light-ish weight centerfire rifle in 556/545/762x39. I take all these rounds to 400 yard steel no problem, and they're all plenty accurate even with irons so long as I can see my plates against the background.
But there's a fair chance that something that comes after you there will probably be on you so fast that you would never have time to take a shot with it anyway. Especially if it's a cat.
For my purposes, the ultimate outdoors gun is the 762x39 vz58 with a folder stock. Between weight and comfort to carry, and how the stock unfolds in a single motion as you raise the gun to your shoulder to aim. And the volume without hearing protection, while unpleasant, isn't unbearable with 762x39. Then stripper clips are easier to carry with IMO vs a spare mag, they aren't awkward and big.
But I realize this may not be your ideal rifle, you may be wanting something scoped more easily when you're talking about 400m shooting. Although that scope isn't going to be super useful inside of 10 feet if one of your critters jumps out at you, which is unlikely in the first place.

Not really on the list, but ok
Oh look!
We got: infrared night vision, assault rifles, guided bombs, jet fighters, ballistic missles, carbon hydration, a project for genetically modified soldiers, never seen medical advancements, Type XXI submarines, cruise missiles, hollow charge ammunition and basically tons of civil concepts that will modernize the world after the war, but we can't put our tank's armor at an angle and utilize electro magnetic waves for detection.
What went wrong?
Hitler was a schizo retard by the end of the war.
Hitler thought his admittedly excellent talent for statecraft also made him an excellent staff officer. He was very mistaken. Before anyone calls me a Nazi, to deny Hitler was a masterful politician is foolish.
Hitler may have been murderous and a madman but look at the way he turned Germany from a bankrupt shitheap into a military power capable of conquering Europe. As it is, he turned it from a bankrupt shitheap into a burning pile of rubble but if he would have left the war in the hands of his generals the 3rd Reich would likely still be in control of Europe.
>>34073529
That and he also seemed absolutely autistic about many things.
The STG44 was ready for production early on ,but when Hitler saw it in action for the first time "He didn't like it".
Same for the Thale (later m56) helmet, "The German soldier should be recognizable by his silhouette."
