My friend and I are going hunting next week. My only gun is a Century AK. He says he won't take me if I bring my AK because 7.62x39mm is illigal to use while hunting because it "explodes" the deer. Any suggestions on what else I can use?

If penetration and shot placement is so important, why don't we shorten .30 carbine and make that a caliber for full-size pistols? You'd get like 20 rounds in something the size of a Glock 17 magazine, probably 38 or so rounds in a Glock 18 equivalent

9x19 does just fine for that, and is already mass produced out the ass. Also 7.62x25 is as close as you will get to what you are talking about minus the neck. IIRC 30 carbine had penetration problems through thick clothing such as winter jackets.

The stock was milspec and the buffer tube comspec, or the other way around. Anyways, it was a little wobbly. Monolithic uppers are nice, but I'd rather have MLOK or even Keymod than a full-length permanent rail. Shit's just uncomfortable.
Grippods are rad though.

Yes, assuming you mean one of the later models of sten that struck a better balance between cost and reliability. The Model 38 was actually a great weapon but would have been tough even for a nation with actual industrial might to mass-produce never mind Italy.

My Mossberg 500a is not extracting. the extractors are skipping over the rim of the shell. i have replaced the springs and extractors and polished the chamber but it has not fixed the problem.
