How many guns do I need to own before I buy a safe? I rent so bolting it down is out of the question.

greetings /k/omrades

26y/o noguns here. Though I've had experience with firearms through the years since I was age 7.

Tomorrow I'll be heading to a LGS to get my first pistola. My choices in order of price that I'm interested in purchasing are as follows. S&W SD9VE, S&W M&P Shield 9, Pic related: Ruger American Compact 9mm, and the S&W M&P 9 Compact.

I have enough to cover the price of the gun, the 4473/FFL Transfer fee, and a couple boxes of ammo. Next month I'll apply for my CHL, and buy a holster + gun belt.

What do you think of my choices?
Any ammo in particular I should avoid, in general?

Modern anti-tank weapons can kill practically any tank on the battlefield.

The only reason people think otherwise is videogames and the mistaken belief that what was true in the early years of WW2 (when gun technology lagged far behind armor technology) is still true over half a century later, which it isn't.

Cue the hordes of morons claiming that modern tanks can take ATGM's to the face.

how much longer do you think glocks really have to their throne?
Im an unapologetic fan boy, but even I can see their future is looking bleak
>everyone and their mother is copying the platform
>some even improving on it with new features like the sig p320
>only make 1 pistol in different sizes/configurations, dont have anything else to fall back on
>starting to fall behind on models that people have been asking for (a single stack 9mm) that other companies put out years ago
>hitting the wall in terms of variants, theyve more or less made every model of pistol in every caliber
there biggest selling point these days are being "responsibly" priced (which everyone knows their mrsp is at least $100-200 more then what it should be) and everyone has one so the aftermarket is huge. But if we stay on this course and all the carbon copies start out producing them, then those things can change very quickly/
where do you think glock will stand in 10 years? Not shilling or trying to start the inevitable fight but genuinely curious as I was thinking this over the other day

Why doesn't Assad just mass produce ww2 tanks or very cheap light tanks?

>once war is over just scrap them and switch to producing cars
