Hey /k/, europoor here with shitty gun laws. I want to make a Luty gun for myself but then I'd just have a gun without ammo. I can't buy casings around here in the right caliber and I cant make them myself. What do?

If you're gonna go through all the effort of illegally making a gun, how about just moving to a country with less shitty gun laws
>>
>>34169187
This.

That or mill your own brass on a lathe out of bar stock, use strike-anywhere matches as primers, and cast your own bullets.
>>
P.A Luty has a guide to make your own casings and ammunition. Should find it on his website if you search a bit on google.

I'm going to put a beveled edge (pic related) on the feed port of my Mossberg 500 so it stops biting fingers.

Any advice?

>be me
>go to local gun shop that stocks milsurp
>go there to buy GF her first rifle
>while we're there I notice they have a nice collection of Mausers
>Regretfully turn away a beautiful all matching vz. 24 that was later snatched up
>return a few months later and see what they got
>more mausers stocked
>pick the best looking M48

So Mauser fags tell me what I got as I'm just getting into Milsurp (Mausers tickle me more than anything).

Would the US army be able to carry out an effective defense of the homeland if the navy and air force just up and disappeared one day? Like, if aliens were to kidnap everyone in those two branches as part of an elaborate prank.

With national guard included, probably, but it would be a disporportionatly taxing war, and supply would be a nightmare.

How close are we to effectively making 3d printed lowers?
Can they be reliable?

If you adapt the AR-15 lower design to being 3d printed, that is to say make it T H I C C af with a thumbhole stock, i'd say it works just fine.

I see them on armlist all the time. buddie has one, shit shot over 1k rounds with no problem. so pretty damn close.

Is it me or does the frame on the p320 seem more durable and sturdy? I haven't handled one but from photos I can't seem to see any seam mold marks, Glock has a really shitty seam mold mark going down the frame.
Seems like an inherent structural weakness.
Plus you can remove what is legally the gun, the trigger assembly, and put into another frame.

I want a glock 21 and I'll get one but I do wish the p320 got a lot more popular so that I could find one for the same price and that there were cheap threaded barrels and that they had a 10mm conversion kit.

Not really, there are mold marks underneath and the in the front; also since the frame is designed to be removed, the plastic they use is kind of cheap, I can use my finger nail and scratch the frame on my P320.
Also with the .45 model of the P320, due to the thicker and slightly modified trigger pack, you lose modularity between the other (currently) available calibers. They still have all the sizes for frames and slides on the .45 model so you're not really missing anything as frame swapping is the only real benefit of being modular, but you wouldn't be able to use a frame for a 9x19 model, for example.
That being said the P320 is a great pistol and I like my P320 compact much more than my G19. The P320 is only going to gain in popularity as the Army and Airforce have adopted it (M17 and M18), as well as US Border patrol and ICE.

>Is it me or does the frame on the p320 seem more durable and sturdy?
It's 100% you. You can scratch a P320 frame with your fingernail, and torture tests on Youtube have shown the frames to melt under continuous semi-automatic fire, whereas Glocks were designed to withstand machinegun fire while maintaining a pretty low overall temperature (check out Iraqveteran8888's Glock 18 torture test).

Is it possible at all that a few ISIS fighters have managed to work there way in and join up with the French Foreign Legion? Would there be any value in them to do this? Perhaps gain information or to even sabotage.

Dont give them ideas
>>
Because the FFL is full of hard blooded French Patriots that can't stand New France and men from former French colonies that want citizenship.
>>
Everyone is interviewed by Interpol and legionaires are some tough and experienced bastards who know people very well. Short reminder that tons of SS and Wehrmacht fanatics joined the FFL right after the war and got their ideological spine broken. Many of the seniors didn't even serve under protection of the human rights. Could well be that a jihadist would die by a stray bullet while training.

I notice that this board discusses weapons, but what about safe storage? Can we have recommendations for good quality and budget safety gear?

In particular, do you have suggestions for any of the following:
>gun safes
>trigger locks, cable locks
>ear protection, eye protection

In my country, firearms must be stored securely. I dont know a good safe brand that is also inexpensive. That is my primary interest.

Do you burgers just hide your guns under your floorboards?
>>
>>34167753
The best way to keep someone from stealing your guns is not letting anyone know you have them.
