I have a 3d printer and want to design or print something /k/ related, but at the moment have no plastic to print anything. Other than dildos and guns, what should I make when I do get some plastic?
Will this do?
can you 3d model? If so make replacement grips, magazine baseplates, maybe an entire magainze body.
See if you printer is able to handle the Imura or Washbear. Pic related is the Imura, looks freaking cool. I can't legally because New York (I would anyway but what's the point if I can't take it to a range).

If I make guns, I'll make them semi decent with .22 barrel liners and all the legal stuff that comes with them. I've been thinking about converting some of the scrap metal pistol blueprints to 3d models and doing those. I'm looking for some original ideas. Maybe I'll doodle up a derringer in something like .32 or some shit.
I have a little experience with modeling, but I've only just begun printing things. Grips aren't a bad idea, I've been wanting to make some nice 1911 grips, but maybe 3d printing them will hold me over until then.
Would someone please explain to me, How do IED detonate with a phone if you were to call said number. You know like a box with the IED you call a phone number and it explodes, how does that work.
The phone's vibrator motor is wired into the positive and negative terminals of the bomb's detonator, so when the phone gets called electricity goes to the vibration motor and then the bomb's detonator is set off.
>>34209099
Well, you call the bomb then it explodes
>>34209099
Learn to basic circuitry. The phone is wired up in a manner which completes a circuit with the bomb when the ringer goes off. When you call the phone, the ringer goes off, and completes the circuit to the bomb. No one is going to make you a diagram, if you can't handle fundamental wiring, you are not prepared to make such a device.

Do you guys in California have guns at your Wal-Marts? Genuine question.
>>34208812
I don't have a local Walmart, I have no idea.
Depends on where in CA the walmart is.
>>34208812
walmart isn't very popular here, but the few I've been to had no funs
Can we agree that most assault rifles from the past 60 years have been based on just these 3 rifles?
If you go back even farther, the mother of all assault rifles was the StG-44, with the Garand's rotating bolt being the father.

Its ilegal to buy Automatic Rifles on my state, but cant I just buy every part online and build it myself?
Nothing.
Go for it
>>34208539
yeah I know its confusing OP
basically its illegal to buy machine guns
but its legal to build machine guns
you can but 80% receivers for a few guns that require you to do some work so you can "make" your own gun. while it seems to 14 year olds and liberals that you can buy the parts and slap one together without any paperwork that isn't really the case. making an automatic rifle is a pretty seriously enforced federal crime except in a few heavily regulated circumstances, such as a weapon manufacturer building prototypes .
When will you ever actually use your gear? I get knifes and guns and all but, Why this???

Most days at work I use some of it.
More often then not I'm bringing at least a gun belt to the range for training. Although sometimes I just shoot at the bench for fun.

What do you know about smelting?
Where would one start learning?
Specifically for making blades and knives.
Better off buying whatever steel you want and going from there. It will be better than whatever you can come up with
Unless you just wanna fuck around, in which case there's probably hundreds of channels on youtube about metalworking you could study

1. Its hard as fuck to do on a low budget
2. Making a knife from a moon rock is bottom of thr iceberg autism
3. Depending on the metal the fumes can posion you or make you retarded.

I'm right handed but left eye dominant.
If I use my right hand and my right eye I have to close my left eye to see anything which has been working for me but I know its frowned upon. I want to be an amazing shooter.
It seems like becoming ambidextrous is almost impossible as progress is like a snail crossing the country. I can't even hold a rifle straight with my left hand.
What to do?
>>34208198
Practice and find what's comfortable for you. This is the second most important thing to shooting next to safety.
>>34208198
Same situation due to an injury. You actually have it easier shooting offhanded, since your favored hand will be tasked with steadying the rifle. Dry fire drills will bring your left index finger up to par.
I'm still a novice myself, so take everythin I say with a grain of salt.
In archery, we're taught to shoot with the dominant eye, regardless of hand dominance. It's apparently easier to retrain your hands than it is your eye. If you want to retrain your eye, you can try wearing an eye patch on your left eye.
A co-worker invited me to go hunting tomorrow, I've never been before and am super anxious. He said to "bring my own shit." This rifle is all I own, my dad bought it for me on my 16th or 17th birthday I think. Is it sufficient or should I rent from somewhere before they close tonight? The time currently is 4PM so I need a quick answer.
I don't know what we're hunting but I'm assuming nothing bigger than a deer. I'll shoot him a text if that's something you need to know to give me an answer.
>>34208160
Definitely can't hunt deer with that. 22lr too small
Two more pics
>>34208160
No deer. Way too small. You could shoot squirrels probably.
Hey /k/, I was reading about the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and I found something weird. I tried to do some research on it but couldn't find anything. On the topic of their weapons, it says "Tomb Guards currently carry M14 rifles, which are unloaded and affixed to ceremonial rifle stocks (hand-made by Tomb Guards). These rifles are cleaned daily and kept ready for use at all times."
Several different sources claim that the rifle stocks are hand-made by the tomb guard. Is this true, and if so, how do they do it? Do they take extra classes and training to learn how to make wooden stocks, or is it some kind of special tomb guard thing?
No and no.
>>34208148
Figured as much.

Questions that don't deserve their own thread thread

The difference here being that race planes are also badass, and aren't really the equivalent of cletus slapping on some cheapo airsoft rails on a mauser
>>34207937
because autistic sperglords could never afford a classic warbird, but a classic straight pull Swiss rifle? sure, I could buy one, if those faggots at the gun show didn't have a "no touchy! REE!" sign on them and think I'm going to pay $1200 plus for one.
