The whole point of Sara becoming a CV(N) is that she wouldn't need to compromise unlike the other carriers that will need the equipment they talked about to be able to yasen. Big E did both day and night operations after getting designated as CV(N) and originally both Sara and Big E were supposed to support each other in operations as the CV(N)s of the war but since Sara was out for repairs, only Big E ended up with the designation and having to do shit herself. Since this is a Kai 2 they can easily turn Sara is what she was supposed to be had she not been out on repairs, which is CV(N)-3 Saratoga and based on the interview that's exactly what they're going for.
