Any people here with decent amount of knowledge of Japanese language to explain this?

So ''boku wa'' or just ''boku'' is what I'm wondering about.
You should only use ''boku'' if you are a male? Is there any rule to this? Should females stick to ''watashi wa''? Or, is it acceptable for female to use ''boku'', and if she does is she seen as edgy an hip or nobody will bother?
I am wondering if girly females in animes ever used ''boku''. I was sure they didn't, but I gotta check.

zeta is a masterpiece and so is maison which has never been done again. Its a good life story that sticks with you forever, even more so if your in your 20s.

Zeta meandered a slight bit it just kept getting better and better (even Rosamia). Top 2 Gundam with Turn-A. I think that modern anime is great for things like Non Non Biyori, Yuru Yuri, Gochuumon, etc. but lacking for mecha. G-Reco was good.

I'm slightly curious if mangagamer is going to list their top ten best sellers this year. While they've never failed to do it before, the usual blog tag they use for such things (A Look Back at ....) has already been used with no such ranking for their current promotion. There's also the fact that such a list, if they were to include third parties, would likely have several third party titles pushing out their own. It'd be kind of a shame if this is the year it ends.
