Me
I used it as a starting point and, now that I've finished the skill tree, I come to Sverigetråden and Norgetråden to practice
Skyping with natives and reading news are pretty good ways to improve too

Ikr. I've had a peek at what I'm in for, but Russian has the most resources by the look of things.

Russian accent and the way they roll their Rs, S-C's phonetic reading, and Vojvodina is the first place I've ever wanted to visit from just looking at it. All three nations have wonderful histories and cultures. But Polish is the favourite because I like the overall sound and have ancestry there.
BTW is mutual intelligibility really that useful? Will Russian allow me to understand a lot of Belorussian and Ukrainian?

Spanish

Thanks mate. I can already read Russian and Serbian Cyrillic, will this make learning a lot quicker?
Guys I'm in a predicament, I love Korean and want to get back to it but I have an itch for Mandarin.
I only want to focus on one, I have a background with Korean but my only background with Chinese is jackie chan and donnie yen movies.
What do you think would be more worthwhile?
>>51133605
living in China is a pain in the ass, Korea all the way

> I can already read Russian and Serbian Cyrillic, will this make learning a lot quicker?
Of cuz. Same cyrillic used in Bulgaria, Makedonia, Montenegro, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Serbia (with tiny differences), Kazakhstan and even in Mongolia.
