There are quite a lot of foreigners in the university of oulu so you'll probably find friends that are just as lost as you are in the Finnish society. Most of them are from Germoney, France and Spain, some of them come from Russia as well. Oulu is quite sparsely populated but there are still about 200k people so the downtown isn't as shitty as in smaller university cities, which basically have one club and 3 bars in them. There are quite a lot of activities that the student organizations create and most of the party invitations are also translated in English.

Tl;dr, you'll probably do just fine.

There are 2 types of Finns that I have met.
City-Finns: Very cool. Most know English and try to help you if you can't speak Finnish. If you know a Finn, you'll probably meet more and more from that persons friends, and it's easier for them to trust you if you are already trusted by a Finn. They are not afraid of chatting you in pubs if you both are alone. In general, I would describe them as normal people with some social rules that make them a bit shy/respectful towards strangers. 9/10 constantly having beers with them.

Town-Finns: Hard to socialize with, hard to read emotionally/socially. Have met very few. They don't communicate well.

Interesting place. Easy to have a worry-less life if you have a job and pay your taxes. Have many good things to say: quality city planning, public transportation, cops. Very easy going. Qts everywhere. Things that I dislike are gypsies and (apparently) Somalis that are up to no good. Things I'm amazed about is the role of alcohol in social life, and how drunks are not frowned upon as bad as in other countries (they are treated like human beings and if they are sleeping in the cold street just call the cops so they take him home). Besides the unemployment levels, if you ask me, the only "issue" (which is a non-issue if your objective is to live comfortably and breed) is the lack of ways to develop myself as a non-Finnish speaker (but then, that's my fault for not speaking the language of the country). Also, take a look at the unemployment rates with a grain of salt; sometimes folks won't take jobs because welfare will pay a little less than a 9-5 min. wage job would.

I'm not sure whether Rovaniemi makes it to top 10 or not, but that's probably it. Also the cities in the eastern parts of Finland are bloody cold. Oulu is in essence the third biggest city in Finland and it's generally about 3-5 degrees colder in Oulu than it's in Helsinki.

I don't think you've got to be part of the organisation in order to get to do AIESEC stuff, my understanding is that you pay like 200 euros and get to work in some country with all your living expenses paid. I don't know whether there are any AIESEC places in Finland or not as they just talked about Uganda and countries like that when they gave us some kind of a presentation.

I'm not sure how easy/hard it's to move to Finland for work but naturally it's easier if your job and capabilities are something that are sought after in Finland. I don't know how many Finnish companies have business in Kazakhstan, but if you know any, I'd contact them and try and get jobs through them in Finland. If you speak good Russian it might help you on the Finnish work market as well, as only few Finns speak Russian and it's a relatively big trade partner.

And actually russian is my native language.

I like finns and I get along well with them IRL. In a way Finland feel very similar to Sweden. If I had to move to another country I'd choose Finland.
