To be honest, I was hoping homebrewing would be my in to meet girls. "Girls love a guy who can hook them up with free hooch!", my dad said. Very funny. But the point is not just that they want to get smashed, they also don't like the taste of beer, that's their complaint. "Mmmmn, no thanks anon beer is gross and I can't shotgun a bomber." Hence their preference for fruity drinks like flavored vodka or wine. Regardless, I'm not going to take up a completely different (and illegal) hobby just to impress girls. It would be much easier just to make a fruit beer.

I don't. I brew all-grain beer that are my own recipes. I'm actually tinkering with an american strong ale recipe on my homebrew app right now. What, do you think distilling and brewing are the same thing? They aren't, not even remotely.
