I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you’re referring to as Kranjske Klobase, is in fact, Kobasice/Kranj, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, Kobasice plus Kranj. Kranj is not an culinary traditional system unto itself, but rather another component of a fully functioning Kobasica system made useful by the Germanic culinary art, pig intestines utilities and vital paprika components comprising a full foodstuff as defined by Unesco. Many kitchen users run a modified version of the Kobasica filling system every day, without realizing it.
