Anywhere as long as you're not a faggot wanting a mansion you won't have a use for.
1000€ for a small land, 500€ of cement, some hundreds for electrical, internet, water connection, all in all you can get a small two rooms bunker for less than the average monthly salary.

I bet something like North Dakota has places where you are paid to have house just so they could get more people moving in. I mean have you ever heard anything about North Dakota, is there anything but bears (and I am not talking about those good kind gay bears, but those RAAWWRR I MAUL YOU bears).
>>
>>51059263

that would be great I wish I lived near some big forests
>>
>>51059263

North Dakota is frozen prairie half the year so don't think there are bears. The weather there is some of the coldest in the U.S. Colder than most of Alaska
>>
>>51059305
Move to Wisconsin, friend.
>>
>>51059325
What kind of pussy bears you have?
So only insane people live in North Dakota?
>>
Ehh, it's pretty cheap in Eastern Europe, depends on what you think 1st world is though.
>>
>>51059388

You can find a house in a village or a small town in Lithuania for like 20k - 30k euros.
>>
>>51059367
The only bear I've ever seen outside of a zoo is when I shot one hunting on family property in West Virginia. And they have black bears which are smaller than Brown bears out west.

And yes the Dakotas are not for the weak of heart. Fargo is the largest city and it has 100,000 people

I don't know how expensive Poland is as far as housing goes, but I need to sell my kidney here to buy solid property. Croatian housing market is pure, unadulterated comedy gold. As if you're on Beverly Hills. I remember browsing Bulgarian properties, I could literally liquidate all of assets and buy three large houses in Bulgaria, or a spac-y apartment in the middle of Sofia, and I live in 63m2, in the suburbs of Split

>all that make up and shit

Jesus Fuck you were right. There's about 2-3 pics on that first page where I'd still murder a family in cold blood to cum inside her raw, but a lot of those pics she looks average and/or disgusting. Why do women go overboard with the fucking makeup? Even the ones that aren't ugly

Lukring this thread because I'm also trying to Immigrate. I'd like some land in the country where I can't see any neighboring houses. So far my best bets seem like America or Ireland.

Definitely not Australia, it's fuck off expensive
>>
>>51060427
Canada has pretty much our entire population concentrated in cities. It's not like other countries where they're scattered all over the land, we are all focused in super dense cities with nothing in between. A house outside the city where you can't see your neighbors costs easily half a million dollars here.
>>
>>51061840
>>51060427
Also this country is a meme now thanks to le dudeweed and I want out.
>>
>>51061840
what? why is that? I thought Canada had a lot of space and that a lot of space = cheap soil
>>
>>51061920
75% of Canadians live withing 150km of the American border. It's a lot of empty space. I suppose it's a product of us having too much space possibly, there was never enough people to colonize the area in between cities so it's all just open land, and the north especially is barren.

Either way, our country developed in a way where pretty much everyone lives inside giant urban cities and there's nothing but highways between. I actually can't for the life of me figure out why empty land is so fucking expensive but it's literally half a million just for a shit little house on a tiny little scrap of land. Property is so expensive here it's a life sentence.

The British crown owns all of Canada's land

mmmh idk

here you can get a decent-ish house for less that $100K if you're willing to live away from a large city. Not isolated to the point where you can't see the neighbours though.

Pic related
$69K
40K sq.ft. terrain
5 rooms
2 bathrooms
