Some of those get a IT coding diploma in some abandonned sweatshop that takes them 4 months.
Then they convince the US immigration system that it's equivalent to a bachelors degree, thus qualifying for H1b visas.

Then Indian IT nepotism in America gets them a job and boom, the IT sector is saturated with Indian FOBs speaking broken English who troubleshoot through forums on the internet.
