Bourbon Shrimp Tbh

Ingredients (brand I use):
>1lb/.5kg raw jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined (Ocean Jewel)
>1tsp/5mL canola oil (Highwood Crossing Canadian organic)
>1 clove garlic, minced
>3tbsp/45mL Bourbon Whisky (Buffalo Trace or Wild Turkey)
>2tsp/10mL Worcestershire (Lea & Perrin's)
>1tsp/5mL hot sauce (Cholula)
>1.5tbsp/22mL butter (Kate's sea salted homemade Maine butter)
>Sea or Kosher Salt to taste (Fundy's Finest sea salt)
>Fresh Cracked Peppercorns to taste (Spice Islands Trading Co.)

Cook
>1.) heat oil in large cast iron skillet, place in garlic, cook until browned (2 min)
>2.) Add hotsauce, bourbon, and worcestershire sauce. Ignigte for a second or so to burn off excess alcohol
>3.) Add butter in small chunks, when melted add shrimp
>cook shrimp, flipping once, until opaque throughout (1 or 2 min per side)
>Salt and Pepper to taste

It's god-tier shrimp, one of the quickest, easiest, and tastiest meals ever Tbh.

It's just replacing one type of bread for another and adding an egg. Point being, the general idea of bread, cheese, and bolognaise sauce, is an establised one.
Like pizza, you can fuck around with different things but the basic platform is still the same and it's a sound food.
