I used to hate German servers so I played on English speaking ones a lot. At least 50% of the people on there were from Scandinavia.

It's really strange considering your relatively low population. One could argue the reason is Scandis are good at speaking English, but the same goes for Dutch ppl and they are not that omnipresent.
