Smart rich guys. Pretty much the end goal for anyone with lots of ambition and intelligence. Depends on what sort of practice they specialize in, but yes they are very well compensated.

A lot, at least 25%. Mostly India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, etc.

Hell no. Too much schooling for me and I don't give enough shits about the well being of others to be in charge of it.

Not necessarily, there's a trend (particularly amongst left-wingers) to actively criticise the country at every possible turn and to mock anyone who is patriotic - whilst at the same time praising every minority culture. How do you ask a russian cutie to make more videos of spinning a fidget on her toe, when there is no word for toe in russian, both toe and finger are the same word. And since spinners are usually spun with the fingers, asking her to spin the spinner on her toe would likely just appear to be asking her to spin the spinner on her finger which is boring and not what I want to see.
