I want to draw in the style of early medieval art. Is there any books, tips, videos, anything on how I can do that?

why don't you guess what they used for materials

and copy there lines. trace the designs.

you can end up finding faster and easier to reach the same result.

looks to me like they're using ink and watercolor.
