That's you projecting onto the characters. The characters generally are minimalist with the features. Caucasians have distinct features, like other races. Anime generally doesn't portray those features because it's so minimalistic in nature. The emphasis on the eyes to help express emotion originated from super old western cartoons ala anthropomorphic characters. Anime characters are default Asian unless stated otherwise. The pictures are a beginner level in general but being able to draw succulent dicks is absolutely necessary if you plan on drawing anything even mildly erotic. So it shouldn't be ignored. You want them to be plump and succulent even if they're also masculine and highly rendered.

Mentaiko is a good example. Look and the line weight and shape of the shaft, the head,and the balls. They aren't just tubes, everything connects with its own suppleness and mass.

Overall great drawing, you're obviously good. But there's some things that throw it off. Her hands are a bit large, I'm familiar with the Taboolicious characters so it could be a stylistic choice. Her left foot is a bit odd as well when it comes to placement on the ground. Anatomically, its great. Though I'd still familiarize yourself with musculature as your back here is a little to be desired for my tastes but it gets the job done. Also, the bones of her ankles aren't very different in height. Fix that.

It depends on what journey are you willing to take and how good you already are with your overall art skill and at conveying lust/passion in your pieces.
You can either try catering to a certain niche (furry, gay porn, incest, kek, videogames fanart etc.) and in this case the skill isn't really that important as long as your porn has some appeal (the more extreme the niche is, the more desperate the people craving for porn are, and they won't care about fundamentals and stuff like that). Or you can go more mainstream or trying to be a jack of all trades. In this case I think your skill has to be more developed if you want to have a chance against all the competition.

Don't bother. Making a living with porn is extremely hard. It might seem easy when you look at some of the popular people who seem to be making bank and you see their mid tier art and say to yourself "hey, I can do that!", but it's not really that simple. Study anatomy and how perspective affects a WHOLE body. Or just study perspective thoroughly. You are doing the same mistakes any other beginner does when he tries to put a pose together and doesn't know how to do so properly. What you have here is a collage of body parts that are put in different perspectives, resulting in a mess. Either spend more time on the construction phase on your future artworks (and while you are at it you'll study some perspective, which you need) or do simpler studies to learn how perspective and anatomy work together.

2. hands, I don't know how to draw them, learn how to draw hands.

Around 2 years ago I found an Adobe Photoshop forum where the admins were all just like "deal with it"
On an other, non Adobe forum, a possible explaination was that this behaviour HAS to be that way in order for Photoshop's actions to work.
At one point in my life I had to parse the PSD file format to some degree so I understand where they're comming from to just want to live with that 10yr old code base but on the other hand fuck them, fuck Adobe and fuck the support of shitty, outdated software! Get SAI or some shit instead. I'm personally very happy with Clip for linework and painting (and even brush management, let's talk about that shit, PS!) while diving into Krita.
