look into the foundation patreon, it's a few concept art guys who were taught at art center and I think some taught there, the teach these sort of sketching techniques along with design, rendering and some other stuff, I'ts much more affordable than cgma and you can get feedback.

check out some john park gumroads. i'm not sure if he added sketches yet but he taught me to do basically what you posted.

People will give you shit for it and ultimately you'll learn less, but it'll fix shitty anatomy issues at least.

It will probably make w/e you draw stiff and still slightly unrealistic though.

if you really don't want people to know about it, don't post it, unless you've switched the style up significantly some will probably figure it out

on the brightside, almost no one will care that you draw smut as long as it's not overbearingly morally questionable. if you're just embarrassed at the thought of people knowing what you're into having it under a separate alias and what not will be enough that anyone worth caring about won't bother you about it
