In future I would like to work in a company that makes video games, draw stuff for them and shit. What are requirements to work as an artist? Do i need to finish art school, university or just be fucking good to be accepted?

the first step is knowing what you actually want to do

learn about the industry. go on the career portion of video game websites and read job descriptions. that will literally tell you what that person does and what applicants they are looking for.
if you are actually serious at all, this is the minimum you need to do to even get started.
learn what the job is (not just "art shit")
learn what the title is
learn what the requirements are
work on fulfilling those requirements

A friend of mine who uses photoshop CS5 has been experiencing a terrible brush lag and has been unable to draw for days. We tried some of the solutions offered on the web, but they didn't work.
He has no internet at home for the moment, so he can't even download another program or go back to CS4. He needs to finish some important commissions and he's getting quite desperate - can you help him, /ic/?
Basically, the lag is not big but enough to make drawing difficult. It doesn't follow his pace and sometimes the brush draws a straight and fat line directly at the end of the line he drew.
Could it be the drivers? He tried updating them when he still had internet, but couldn't update them all in time. Could it be caused by Windows 10 or something else entirely? Thanks in advance.

This thread could have been posted on /sci/ or /lit/ but it is filled with pseudo-intellectual faggots.
/ic/ is a board with at least (some) people wanting to be virtuous.
Of course being in ic, show at least one skill related to visual art. (Everything that can be rated tho.)
The scale is from 0 to 11
11 being an absolute Übermensch in that skill, one of the bests in the world (why the fuck are you browsing an asian imageboard?)
10 being so good you probably know almost everything in that skill, you can be an inspiration to some people.
9 being a master in the skill, you are worth a ton in this area of expertise
8 being amazing in that skill, some people wish they could "git as gud" as you are. People will look for you if they need the skill you have and you are a rare gem in your area.
7 you are very good in that skill and you stand out from others with that area of expertise
6 You are pretty good in this area, people would be happy to have you in their team or they would be happy if you could use your area of expertise to help them.
5 you are good in that skill. You know your way around and can be useful/interesting in this area
4 you are average, you still need to learn if you want to be useful/interesting in this area. People would prefer to choose a better person in your area but you can still "get the job done"
3 you know some good stuff in that field that is useful mostly for yourself. You know enough to talk about that area with other "experts" (not including technical stuff)
2 being a beginner, you are able to do some decent stuff with that skill, you find it a nice knowledge to have.
1 you are a beginner in that field, you aren't good enough to do something actually useful/good
0 you just started
Here's an exemple :
Age (optional) : 22
Digital art : 4/11
3d modeling : 2/11
Computer science : 5/11
You can also include languages and a little joke or two, like your sex life.

I been doing 8 hours a day whilst working full time and I've been doing 16 hours a day on my days off and weekends.
I don't think I can keep this up anymore. It looks like to get good you need to give up all your social life. Going out. Doing anything but art.
Maybe if I was younger and a student I could probably make it.
